Best in class!
These things are game changers. The flavors are the best I’ve had. No grit when you mix it and is smooth to drink. Lemon lime and orange are my top picks but all flavors are good. I recommend getting the variety pack and enjoying all the flavors. These are great in the morning and after a workout. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Electrolytes That Actually Taste Good
Firesalt Hydration Sticks have become my go-to for workouts and long days outdoors. I love that they pack in 3x the electrolytes compared to regular sports drinks, without any added sugar. The flavors are surprisingly good (Blue Raspberry is my favorite), and I’ve noticed a real difference in energy and recovery. They’re a bit pricier than other options, but the quality and clean ingredients make it worth it. Highly recommend for anyone who sweats hard or works in demanding conditions.

Great Product!
Fire Salt has been a game changer for me. I am a member at Orange Theory Fitness and due to the intensity of the workouts I sweat a ton. I often times find myself having a post workout headache. I have been implementing a Fire Salt on my workout days in 40oz of water and I definitely have noticed a difference for the better in regards to my headaches. I drink ~100oz of water daily and I have also noticed that when I drink fire salt I am retaining my hydration and not constantly going to the bathroom. I love the fact that it also contains magnesium which helps with relaxation and can improve sleep which I struggle with. Overall I think Fire Salt is great. I found Berry to be good but not my first choice. I love the orange, lemon-lime, blue raspberry , and the chocolate (you can also use this for hot chocolate, it’s so yummy!).

The Flavor is ON POINT!!!
I was buying LMNT but it was getting too pricey so when I saw this serving size for the value I had to try it! Honestly 11/10 for the flavoring. Even the orange one is good and I’m not an orange person. They did a great job, it doesn’t taste fake at all like some of the other brands out there. The powder mixes really easily and there’s no sugar! Even though the salt content is high, it doesn’t taste salty at all. My only reason for 4 stars is the packets don’t rip as clean as I’d hoped, but that’s just a personal preference. Definitely try it out!!

New Favorite Product!
I switched from LMNT and honestly, this Fire Salt blows it out of the water. It’s also way better than Liquid I.V. — I feel so much better on this! I notice a huge difference during my workouts too! The balance of electrolytes is perfect, and the taste can’t be beat! I definitely found my new favorite electrolyte drink!!
