Decent flavor, good for hydration
I am a runner and I drink more water than the average person. I was getting lightheaded a lot, so my doctor suggested I add electrolytes once a day. I researched several different tablets and powders and these are the only ones that do not contain a large amount of sugar (I believe they use a very small amount of stevia). I don’t much care for the taste or fizz (I typically only drink water, so I’m not big on flavored drinks anyway), but the tropical and fruit punch flavors are tolerable—especially as I’ve gotten used to them over time. I found the strawberry lemonade to be pretty gross, so I didn’t end up finishing the tube. They dissolve quickly enough and do seem to help with hydration.

Beat the heat
As a professional athlete who sweats a lot these things have been a game changer. They taste good enough, I love the Tropical flavor but I’ve tried a bunch and haven’t found one I didn’t like. The tabs split in half easily so you can pop them in to any water bottle, I sometimes add them to a cold seltzer. On a normal hot day I take 2 on a really hot day I take 3. Googling says take no more than 6 but I wouldn’t take that unless I was running a freaking marathon. When I don’t take them, I wake up feeling nauseous at night and the next day feel drained and bleh. Now I take them pretty religiously and have felt healthy and functional.

Definitely get if you are walking or running.
Awesome. Amazing. The taste is a little off at first, but I’m used to it now. I use them in my water bottle every time I go out for a walk or a run.
