Great for traveling and working out muscle tightness
I needed a roller for an upcoming trip, but was limited on space for my normal foam roller. I found this and gave it a try. It fit well in my carry on luggage and with it being hollow, I stuffed some socks in the center of this to maximize space. I suppose you could also use this to store any breakable items since it’s very sturdy on the outside. It was different using something like this for my muscles, but with some minor adjustments, this worked perfectly for my situation to keep my muscles in check after a long flight and a lot of touristy walking. This also came in handy for any hotel gyms without rollers. Overall I’m happy with this purchase.

Only good for travel
Narrower than expected (I own a full sized one) and It’s kind of too short -I kept rolling off of it. Still, it was useful to bring in my luggage while on a two week trip and didn’t want to be without a roller that long.

I use a foam roller daily. I needed to have a portable lightweight roller for travel. I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews and decided to give this one a try. I was concerned that this one might be too short to be able to foam roll effectively. I am very pleasantly surprised by how much I LOVE this compact lightweight roller. It’s great!!! I am so glad I bought this one!

Love this roller. Got it for travel and it is perfect sized. It is firm enough for deep muscle rolling. I really like the treaded foam on the outside. I had always used the thick hard rollers. This is a welcome upgrade. I also like that you can pack stuff in the open middle.

I bought these for my lower back pain and it works wonders! It’s not super hard but firm and very nice to roll it in al, over your sore muscles. High quality and great value for what you paid for. It’s small but perfect to take it around, it fits my backpack.
