Great bands for strength training
These Therabands are definitely solid and well made. However, they are not as elastics as other bands on the market. This is both a pro and a con. If you are using it for rehabilitative work, you’ll want something more elastic so that you can achieve your full Range of Motion (ROM). If you are using it for strength (resistance) training, then they are perfect as you’ll be pulling against more resistance. Keep in mind that because they are not as elastic as others, you will need to modify or change your movement pattern to reach your ROM. Maybe not the best for beginning strength training, but well suited for the novice or advanced who are more familiar with movement mechanics.

Super smooth resistance curve – top tier strength band
Sturdy, you’ll need a few reps to break in, but they have great tension at final end range and a larger ‘sweet spot’ of the resistance labeled in each band. They hold up well and stay supple with repeat cleaning. I use them personally and with patients in outpatient physical therapy. Neck and Neck with my other favorite bands – Rogue.

Heavy duty. Very strong pull. Recommended for athletes
I bought the Medium strength bands. These are seriously heavy duty Superbands. They feel much harder than the “weights” they correspond to. They could definitely be used to provide pull-up assistance. I would rate the strength and difficulty to pull as high. I bought them for some heavy duty squatting and hinging use with my legs. For upper body work, I would need to move to a lighter tension. If you are buying these for rehab or are not a strong athletic type, I’d recommend going with a lighter pair.

Super stretchy

Product over priced . Tubing is too stiff/hard for started equivalent weights. The blue band you can’t even raise above your head, because it’s too stiff.
