Bought these to exercise after a total right knee replacement. Works well for many different muscles. The quality of the bands seems to be very good. I would recommend to anyone looking for items like this.

The quality is there. Love the different colors, for identification of resistance.The straps.The are of nice width and long which is good.The carry bag is a great addition for sure.The bands.In my personal opinion i would appreciate if the bands were wider (like the straps). Especially for someone who may not be as muscular they tend to “roll up” like a thin rubber band and ‘cut” into my thigh. In my opinion them being wider would be offering more stability
