    Amazing Resistance Band Set for Glutes and Legs
    I’m extremely happy with this resistance band set! The quality is outstanding — the fabric bands are thick, durable, and don’t roll up or slip during workouts. The ankle straps are comfortable and adjustable, and the resistance tubes feel very strong and well-made.This set is perfect for glute, leg, and lower-body training. I love that it includes different resistance levels, which makes it great for both beginners and more advanced workouts. I can easily use it at home, at the gym, or even while traveling.

    This is a great workout set that includes two types of resistance bands: three ankle resistance bands that connect to the ankle straps with carabiner hooks, and three fabric resistance bands. The ankle straps attach with strong velcro. The fabric resistance bands have “Light” “Medium” “Heavy,” but also the weight resistance in numbers, which is unusual and a pleasant surprise. The lowest weight resistance on the fabric bands is 20 lbs. As a resistance band beginner with some strength, I would say these are beginner friendly. There is also a pretty pink mesh carrying bag and a manual with exercises. Some of the exercise explanations might be confusing, because there is only a description and a single photo. My manuals from other sets give me other tips on how to move.This is the second set of ankle resistance bands I’ve ordered. I ordered them both because I want to use them with my exercise handle, but I’m also testing them for their intended purpose. I like the pink colors. I wish the pinks on the ankle bands were more distinctly different, but it’s good enough.Ankle resistance bands and circular resistance bands have their own strengths and weaknesses. Ankle bands never slip and even the best circular bands ones do, like during the bicycle crunch. Ankle bands take more time to set up, and the jangling of metal on metal can get annoying. Circular bands have a wider variety of exercises that can be done with them. Ankle resistance bands can be used with my exercise handles, along with the straps that can attach to large equipment.The ankle straps on this set are 8 cm wide, and the straps on my grey set are 9.5 cm. They are all well made and well padded. I don’t have a strong preference for either one, but perhaps these pink ones feel a little more freeing and less hot.The ankle band length on this pink set are 24.5 cm (not including the carabiner hooks), and on the other set they are 27 cm. The shorter length makes these better, because I can get more resistance with less movement. The carabiner hooks are the same size as my other set. They are slightly too small and can get annoying to put on or take off. The resistance bands have no labels and I wish they did. The listing says they are 10 lbs, 20 lbs, and 30 lbs.The fabric bands are wide, they don’t bunch up and they are comfortable. They have a lot of weaving, and I don’t worry about an elastic snapping and hurting me. They look built to last.I laid a fabric band from this set down with ones from three other sets. The band from this set measured 32 cm across. My other bands measured 33.5 cm, 35.5 cm, and 36 cm. Because the bands from this set are short, they are less likely to slip.I don’t need to break these in, unlike the tougher bands on one of my sets.This set has a couple of issues that I didn’t like about my other set: small carabiner hooks and no ankle resistance band labels. But it also has some things I like better, like shorter bands and great quality fabric bands. I love this set: 5 stars.

    The quality and materials this kit is made of is kind of a surprise. A pleasant change from the ‘normal’ stuff.This kit includes: Two ankle cuffs, three (differently weighted) resistance bands with clips for the ankle straps, three (differently weighted) broad resistance bands NOT made purely of rubber, a mesh bag to keep it all in, and instructions.Pros: the broad bands are not pure rubber. They’re a soft fabric material that won’t chafe or poke. The inside of the broad bands all have two rows of silicon that prevent the bands from slipping. Three separate weight ranges going from light being the lowest weight range to the darkest pink being the heaviest weight range; they’re marked on black labels sewn into the broad bands, clear indications. Multiple pieces allowing for versatile at-home work outs, mesh carrying case allows the entire set to be portable without losing a single piece. The instructions come with more than 6 works outs to do right from the start! It also includes a guide on how to properly use the ankle cuffs. The ankle cuffs themselves are cushioned and very comfortable. The resistance bands clips are metal and have a very smartly designed rubber sleeve to not only secure the clip to the resistance band, but prevents any pinch point.Cons: The resistance bands with the clips weights are not marked; however the guide shows the weights start with the lightest pink being the lowest weight and graduating to the heaviest weight with the darkest pink. With everything else being clear, I would have expected the consistency to go through every piece.The bands have been used for a few weeks now and I have no qualms with the quality. Usually, I worry about broad band snapping or the resistance band being worn out at a point along the natural rubber. This kit has thus far ensured safety and puts my mind at ease when working out. Not having to worry about a clip snapping or the resistance band rolling gives me security when working out, but also the included exercises meant I didn’t have to google anything. I started right away once I pulled everything out of the bag and took a good look at it all.

You get both ankle resistance bands with cuffs and a set of heavy fabric bands, all packed neatly into a mesh carry bag for easy storage or transport. Whether you’re building out a home gym or just want to keep something in your drawer for quick workouts, this is a good option.The fabric bands are thick, well-stitched, and don’t roll or pinch, even during squats or hip thrusts. The ankle bands are also thoughtfully made, with padded cuffs that don’t bite into your skin, and a good range of resistance levels (10, 20, 30 lbs). Between the two sets, you’ve got everything you need for glute, thigh, and lower-body workouts, but there’s enough here to do some solid core and upper-body activation as well.For the price, this is great value—compact, versatile, and durable. I’ve already slotted it into my regular routine, and I can easily recommend it to anyone looking to level up their at-home strength training without buying big, bulky gear.

Each component in the set appears to be good quality. It’s an adorable pink colour as well, which I love. It comes with an instruction manual, 3 colour-coded bands of varying resistance, and 2 ankle cuffs with colour-coded resistance cables. The whole set fits into a pink mesh bag.I’m a complete beginner to using this type of equipment and found it to be very easy to use and put together. The resistance bands made my at-home workouts more effective. I really feel the difference when I use them, even at the lowest resistance level. The bands are fabric, instead of the thinner ones I’ve seen used by others. They stay in place very well and still offer a lot of benefit, which is apparent even to me and I’m new to this. I’ve been using them for squats and lunges, and plan to branch out now that I’ve tested them with exercises I’m more familiar with. A quick youtube search revealed lots of workout options and I’m very excited to see what all this set can help me with!The set is very compact and easy to transport with you if you wanted to take these items to the gym with you. I would recommend this product

    I got this set for my wife so she could do more leg and glute workouts at home. She’s been using it for a couple weeks and really likes it. I tried it too, and it feels solid and well made.The ankle cuffs are soft and comfortable, and the fabric bands stay in place without rolling up. Squats, kickbacks, and other moves feel a lot harder, which is what we wanted. It also comes with a small bag, so everything stays together and easy to store.The bands with hooks don’t have the weight written on them, and the little instruction paper is pretty simple, but those are not big problems. My wife just looked up a couple videos online and had no trouble.Overall, this is a good set for home workouts. It feels sturdy, easy to use, and adds a nice challenge. My wife is happy with it, and so am I.
