I cannot tell you how happy I am to finally have my own. I use it and need it all the time! I’ll buy the smaller one again in a few months for when I travel so I can fit it in my luggage. This is a must have for all gym members like me. It will benefit you much better short and long term than the ones that are just round.

Great quality and works deep into muscles
This foam roller is super high quality and really gets deep into the muscles. The textured design helps target tight spots much better than a smooth roller. I use it after workouts for my back and legs, and it makes a big difference in muscle soreness. Definitely worth the price if you want a strong, effective roller.

Finally a roller that hits the right spot
I don’t leave reviews often but this Rumble roller finally was able to target my knot in my rear shoulder (infraspinatis / sub scapularis). I started with a solid hard rubberish ball then the Rubz ball, and then had to final a roller. I knew my regular roller wouldn’t work, Triggerpoint, and had to get this full size Original Rumble roller. Right away it hit my sore spot and felt a release.

I wasn’t sure about this, but WOW! I love it!! I still use my regular foam roller because this Rumble Roller is too intense for just regular use. But I bought this short size and it is perfect for getting into those hip flexors. Soooo good. I also highly recommend the Rumble balls, especially for the shoulders, arms, and back.

J’hésitais à me procurer celui-ci (ayant déjà le rumble roller standard depuis des années), mais le travail avec le Gator est different. Il fonctionne particulièrement bien pour moi sur les ischios/quad/mollets pour bien “dégrossir” le travail avant de passer à l’autre rouleau.

I am pretty new to foam rolling, I got the grid role just 5 days ago and received my rumbleroller original today.My primary need was stiff / knotted upper and mid back. Just 3 minutes on the rumbleroller made my back loosen up. Way better than grid roller just basis my initial use itself.Definitely recommend.Edit: I have now used it for a few days and can’t recommend this enough.
