Great drinking powder for electrolytes.
This product is much more effective as you stay active as you hydrate, I wouldn’t recommend just drinking it. I tried using more than just 1 scoop I wouldn’t recommend try sticking with the standard serving size. the bottle is kinda small but no complaints. dissolves easily and the taste is great.Definitely purchase more.

I didn’t expect to like this as much as I do. The watermelon flavor is really tasty — it reminds me of a slightly salty watermelon. Sweet and salty in a good way, not that weird artificial taste some electrolyte drinks have.It mixes easily, doesn’t have that chalky aftertaste, and it’s sugar-free, which is a big plus. The size is great. I can just throw it in my gym bag.Honestly, the only thing missing is a little Tajín 😂 If you like that sweet-salty combo, you’ll probably love this. I’ll definitely be repurchasing.

I use Rosa Bella Electrolyte drink powder This is my second time buying it. I used it because it helps me with muscle cramps when I’m low in magnesium and potassium. I use it on a daily basis.. Recommend it 100%.
