Excellent – especially for the price
For the money this thing is great and the weight is fantastic for beginners and experienced users alike.Easy to adjust (just need a box cutter or sharp scissors) – just make sure you don’t cut it too short.The PVC rope and aluminum handles are nice and durable and the ball bearings definitely make the whole thing move much more smoothly than a cheap alternative.It’s heavy enough to make learning new step patterns easy because you have good perception of where the rope is and it moves slower than a traditional lightweight rope.On the other hand, it’s still light enough that you can get it moving quite fast once you’ve got your rhythm down – great for cardio and it’ll have your shoulders burning after a few rounds, excellent for boxers and martial artists.I haven’t used the braided rope but it seems to be of equal quality and includes a rubber protector to stop it fraying if used on concrete.If this ONLY included the PVC rope it would be worth the money, so I’m definitely pleased with the purchase.Would definitely recommend – especially at this price.
