Tasty and convenient
TL;DR: these are pretty great and incredibly convenient. I’d recommend giving them a shot!I ordered these after discovering another brand of effervescent electrolyte tablets– their flavor was awesome and I loved the convenience of a fizzy tablet, but they cost twice as much as these (the only way I could justify getting them in the first place was finding them at a significant discount.)Though a far cry from athletic, I’ve found I benefit from electrolyte supplements (most notably with mental clarity and energy level) and I really wanted an easy way to get extra electrolytes in a way that my novelty-seeking brain will actually remember to include in a routine, which means flavor is important– I’ve tried flavorless drops and I don’t remember to use them on a regular basis because it’s not an enjoyable thing for me. I need flavor!When I found these, I was half-expecting to find the flavors disappointing in comparison with the other brand, but I figured I’d give them a shot and just chug them if needed.I got the 6-flavor variety pack to see which flavors were most ‘tolerable,’ and when I received them I was disappointed to find that the box seal had been removed and there were only 4 flavors in it (two had duplicates.) I contacted customer service and the Amazon rep ordered a replacement and told me I didn’t have to return the ‘oops.’ Having not tried them yet, now I was REALLY hoping I’d find at least one of the flavors tolerable (as I’d now have a large supply of them, heh!)To my delighted surprise, I enjoy these just as much as I liked the more expensive brand. So far I’ve tried the two flavors I received duplicates of (fruit punch and lemon lime,) and I enjoy both– of all the flavors, lemon lime was the one I anticipated being the worst as I don’t usually like it anyway, but it’s actually pretty good!They do taste like electrolyte supplement drinks– not downright salty, but certainly a purposeful drink instead of a purely pleasureful one. That said, I think they’re pretty great.I appreciate the bottles, too; I can easily take them along with me and the tablets come out without a struggle (but they also don’t all come tumpling out at once.) They are larger tablets, both diameter- and thickness-wise, so keep in mind you’ll not be able to just plunk one into a disposable water bottle without breaking it into pieces first. For a wider bottle or a glass/tumbler though, they drop straight in and dissolve pretty quickly.Based on the flavors I’ve tried so far, I definitely anticipate keeping my subscription to the variety pack (instead of picking a flavor I find ‘most tolerable’ as I originally thought I might have to) and dont think I’ll have any issue remembering to drink them routinely, as I enjoy them!

Excellent Electrolyte Tablets with Great Flavor and Fast Dissolve
I’ve been using the Nuun Sport Electrolyte Tablets almost daily, and they’ve become an essential part of my hydration routine. I’ve tried several flavors from Nuun, but this one stands out for two key reasons. First, the flavor is fantastic—refreshing and not overly sweet, making it easy to drink regularly. Second, and most importantly, these tablets break apart easily and dissolve very quickly in water. Compared to other Nuun flavors I’ve tried, which can be tough to break and take longer to dissolve, these are a game-changer for quick prep, especially when I’m filling a water bottle on the go.I feel noticeably more hydrated when using these tablets, and they’ve been a vital supplement for keeping me energized during workouts and long workdays. Tasty and convenient
I pop one of these in a container of water when my husband is working outside in the hot NC sun. He quickly feels rehydrated and his energy is restored. They taste good, dissolve within 3-4 minutes, and are convenient to carry in my bag.

Absolutely worth it!
I have used this product regularly for the last two years and have no issues with it. Got Covid and this literally saved me from dehydration for the month I was bedridden with high fever and unable to eat or drink often. I was very surprised about the negative reviews that I was reading they seem to encompass three things. The first is that the product formulation has changed, I am also an Amazon seller and an avid fan of Amazon purchasing and I have noticed that in my capacity as business manager that due to supply chain issues things are constantly going in and out of stock or the product is changing. I’ve tasted the old one and I’ve tasted the new one and I have no complaints.The second issue people note most often is that their package is damaged. This is because of Amazon delivery as well as the Amazon warehouses. You can pack it as well as you like and the fact of the matter is 100s of pounds of boxes are placed on top of some thing that is typically packed into a bubble mailer it will break. Is this the company‘s fault no. The fault lies with Amazon once again.The third frequent complaint that I was reading in my research involves taste. This is not Gatorade with its 28 to 40 g of sugar. At most this product has 2 g of sugar compared to other hydration solutions that have anywhere from 8 g of sugar to 11 g of sugar. It does contain Stevia which gives a little bit of sweetness but if you are looking for a product that taste like Gatorade you should buy Gatorade. It won’t help you with your hydration all that much and it will raise your blood sugar into unhealthy levels but Gatorade is definitely sweet. This is a type of medicine and should be treated as such. If you are strictly Keto yes you shouldn’t eat any sugar, add any amount of sugar will cause you to start craving things. Not the best choice for intermittent fasting especially if you’re only eating one meal a day. However for the rest of us who are taking a sensible diet and exercise plan instead of frequently starving our body and putting it into a state of shock it is a fantastic tool in the hydration arsenal. I love it because I can take these tablets with me on vacation and there’s no messy packets that burst at awkward opportunities. It’s a lot smaller than hydration packets are typically so that is a big point of convenience to me and I keep one on me all of the time in my purse in just a little plastic bag just in case I’m on the road and I need it . My entire family uses this regularly for hot days or days where we are outside for a good portion of the day, camping, fishing, vacations. There are people who will complain about anything but as a consumer I have nothing to complain about with this hydration solution.

Could taste better. But overall ok

Packaging was completely destroyed within the outer packaging. Normally comes a bit damaged but this time the box wasn’t even together.
