Game Changer!
These have been a game changer for me! I’m so happy I discovered Nuun. Taking electrolytes has improved my hydration tremendously. These have 5 electrolytes compared to Liquid IV which has 3. These are cheaper and delicious, I normally take 2-3 a day and it’s helped me stay hydrated and thus my health has improved

Favorite Nuun Flavor
The Strawberry Lemonade is my favorite Nuun flavor. The taste is great, and the ingredients are good quality. I drink these frequently to replenish electrolytes after sweating in the hot South Florida sun. These dissolve quickly with no need to stir.

My co-worker recommended this product, because we all need hydration and electrolytes. I received my Nuun this week and so far it is a great product. The taste is good and it goes straight to work on the hydration of your body. You can actually feel the difference in your body.Your body will absorb immediately!!!!The six pack allows me to leave a pack at work, and in the car. So, when I am out and about I can keep my hydration with me. I would buy again :).

My favorite electrolytes
I’ve tried a lot of different electrolyte options, and these are by far my favorite. Good flavor and not too salty tasting, which is important in convincing me to drink enough fluid. I’ve used these doing physical labor in both deserts and humid climates in Central America, and highly recommend them. All the ones I’ve tried in the citrus-adjacent flavor range are pretty good, and I’ve used both the “sport” and “recovery” versions.

Love this product and the taste
I use this as a means for me to stay hydrated. I take enough vitamins and medication that my intake must be a MINIMUM of 64oz a day. This is the best flavor IMO of all and I’ve stuck with it. It says to dilute in 16oz of water and can’t exceed 3 tabs a day so in order to drink more, I dilute it with almost 4 cups of water.

Does the job and tastes good!
I never realized I needed electrolytes and hope they could help my headaches. These tablets dissolve easily in water and taste good. I have felt better drinking one bottle with one of these tablets then plain water on top of that rather than just all water everyday.
