Great taste
I love this product! I’ve tried Drip and Liquid IV both of which upset my stomach. Nuun never does and always taste so good. I drink one a day just to help keep hydrated in the heat

Beneficial hydration good the whole body
Dissolve the tablets in warm water for better flavor and absorb taste with in the body. Lean when you normally feel dehydrated and treat yourself to a tablet. I see the results started on my arms face and legs.

Hangover Cure and Airplane Hack
I drink two of these before bed after a night of drinking and it’s been a perfect solution. I can normally lose a whole day to a hangover if I’m not extremely cautious. Still works if you drink it first thing in the morning, although not quite as well. This flavor is my favorite so far, none are “enjoy as a treat”-level good but if you reduce water slightly it’s very easy to drink and reminds me of the watered down Gatorade they gave us in school sports lol. I’ve also drank these while flying to avoid getting dehydrated with good results too, albeit a bit less exciting than avoiding a deserved hangover, I think it’s worth mentioning. No more swollen hands and feet.

Love the flavor and perfect for RAGBRAI
Used multiple tablets a day on a week long bike ride in very hot weather. It allowed me to drink a lot more water than I might have otherwise. I do not like sports drinks as they seem too salty. This is not and has just a touch of sweetness. It is also cheaper and easier to carry. Just added a tab to my water bottle when I refilled it.

Really helps with hydration, but flavor not terrific.
I discovered that the electrolyte drink I had been using does not contain sodium and I was still having lots of leg and hand cramps. This product contains sodium and my cramps have markedly diminished. However, the flavor leaves a lot to be desired. I added flavor drops and that improved it considerably.

Great for muscle spasms
My chiropractor recommended nuuns to help with muscle spasms. I know some complain about the flavor. I would say there is enough flavor to compel you to drink and keep drinking but i wouldn’t say that the sweatener is the best ever. After I had whole body radiation and lots of chemo my body didn’t tell me when it was thirsty. Nuuns really helped me because the water looked yummy and therefore I drank because it looked good. These have also very much helped with muscle spasms. I would highly recommend.

Nuun but the best!
A chiropractor recommended this product to me when I complained of leg cramps and dehydration. I despise that other popular electrolyte drink–tastes like salt water to me! Nuun has such a variety of flavors too. I’m not a citrus fan either. The Strawberry Lemonade is the perfect answer for me. And it helps with the leg cramps; I can tell when I missed a day. Love this stuff!!

VERY effective product!
I purchased this product for an upcoming marathon in Colorado – I am from Minnesota & have never done well with altitude. A few days prior, I started the Nuun tablets and once getting to CO, had zero elevation issues. If you’ve ever had altitude sickness, I would highly recommend.I use one tablet daily during the week and around my longer run days. I’ve tried other flavors but the strawberry lemonade is my fave.
