The best hydration supplement
The best for hiking, exercise recovery, and so much more. Sometimes I drink a glass with a tab when I have a headache and I almost instantly feel better. Not too sweet, a little effervescent. Lime flavor is the best for sure 💚

Just right on flavor
I’m very pleased with the Nuun lemon-line electrolyle tablets. They’re not too sweet. Very thirst quenching. I recommend these if you want suttle flavor in an electrolyte.

Great for on the go!
Tabs are great for throwing in a water bottle before or after a run. They take a little while to dissolve though so can’t drink right away.

A great option for anyone who works out regularly
A cyclist ex-girlfriend — sigh… truly the love of my life… sigh… — introduced me to this product a few years back. As a long time endurance athlete (oarsman, cyclist, now long distance walker) you learn early on that replenishing electrolytes is a key part of being able to train regularly. Without replenishment you can be great one day, and punk the next, particularly in humid climates — I live in Kansas City — where you can easily sweat off 5-6 pounds in a single workout. “Sports drinks” like Gatorade can help, but they also contain a lot of empty calories that don’t contribute to your training in any way, particularly if you’re also trying to lose weight. The Nuun tablets are a great alternative. I usually add one to a glass of citrus/berry flavored seltzer, so essentially zero empty calories and all the electrolytes you need. Recommended 100%.

I got these to stave off leg crams via a friends suggestion. Discovered after a flight dehydrated from traveling abroad. These are super handy for travel .
