Makes water better
These are good value if you need an energy drink and do not want all the sugar and volume. I drop one of these in my water bottle every time I need a little pep in my step. You can control the amount of sweetness and strength by using more or less water.

Good stuff. Helps A LOT in Texas HEAT
Best tasting electrolyte ‘mix’ I’ve used. It’s still a little salty, but they all are. The fruit punch flavor is the only one I like. It does the best at disguising the salty taste of electrolyte mixes.It’s super easy to use and doesn’t make much of a mess. I always put it in water bottles so I have to break the tablet in half over the ‘break line’ stamped in. I like the tables because I can use them when it’s windy. The powdered mixes go EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!!!

Great taste and for hydration and kicking diet soda
Great flavor. Kicking diet soda but still wanted some caffeine. I like them for the morning.. hydration and caffeine to wake me up.If you are going out for a long run mix up the drink before you go as the “fizz” to nuun can cause a liquid projectile especially if jostled around in a water bottle while running. Overall I am a big fan and would recommend for hydration and replacing diet soda.

Good stuff, heavy price
This stuff really works and gives me what feels like more top end when pushing myself hard. Don’t know if it really helps with hydration as I tend to overhydrate so I don’t see the effects, but the energy and alertness exceeds that of regular coffee. I enjoy it how I use it. Great for hangovers too!Taste is mediocre – chemical fruit adjacent. This isn’t something you get for the taste though. Just wish they weren’t so ridiculously expensive.

Best hydration drink!
Honestly, it hydrates really well. I love that it’s low sugar and easy to make. The only thing I don’t like is that it’s a tablet so it’s hard to fit in a water bottle.
