Original Hydroflask is Superior
It’s worth buying this lid instead of the knock offs. Much better build quality with the shape, rounded edges, and the ability to take apart and clean.

Not super leak proof, not easy to clean.
Works great as a replacement but in general cleaning this is kind of a pain, having to remove the straw and what not and get into the little crevices where the mouthpiece folds down. Mine will slightly leak out of the small pin sized hole if full. But it works great as a replacement and I’m able to drink my water quickly and easily.

Superb look no further this is the original and you must purchase this and only this straw cap.I had the misfortune to purchase a very similar looking straw cap that can easily be identified by itsgrey rubber straw tip and some on the base, you must avoid this version or similar at all cost.They look very similar but are extremely different the imitation holds on with only a 1/4 turn of the thread.I have dropped by flask from a very low height or even simply tipping over flask and the cap has come off,because it is not holding on enough to the thread.on the flask.I had concerns about this very issue from the time I received it.But this original Hydro Flask it is made for the Hydro Flask and holds onto the flask witha greater 3/4 turn giving you a much more secure feeling that the cap will not come off from a small falleven just carrying by the handle gave me concerns.The finish is a silky smooth that is plesant to the touch and easy to clean.Buy the original please do not waste your money on any cheap copy.

A necessity
Nice to have replacement parts since we all know that mold grows very easily in these parts. The straw was nice, it is durable. You need to change these out every 6-8 months and clean them very well in between.

Hydro Flask lids are not my favorite. I got my hydroflask years back when I worked for an outdoor store and got a discount. I wouldn’t purchase one full price. I just hate that their lids leak so much once that jelly ring on the inside gets lose or dislodged. I feel like I’m always buying new lids. I remove that ring a bit to clean around it but over time as to be expected it stretches and leaks. If you don’t take the ring out it lasts longer but of course if you like to put stuff in your water like BCAA’s, flavored powders, or juice you know why that would be a problem.

Not like other brands!
So my daughter wanted that HydroFlask, just like all her little friends. Where as the bottle shes uses is perfectly fine, it doe snot have the quality feel of other, stronger brands ( if you know what I mean). This top does works as designed, it is solid and fits the bottle perfectly. After many month though, like most children, they are now searching for something better. I advised her when she has the money as we only buy you one product type and if you choose to not like it int he future, you may buy whatever you have the money for. Either way, this top still works for it’s intended purpose for a HydroFlask top with straw.

I’ve Come to Love This (After Fixing Issues with Cracking Straws)
I purchased this straw lid to go with my 40oz Hydro Flask. It makes it easy to quickly sip my drink and, when needed, seal it back up. Initially I had 3-4 straws crack and lose suction (making them useless). After getting those replaced, I did a lot of experimentation and found two things to avoid cracking the straws:1. Don’t press the straw all the way up the connector inside the lid. The width at the top of that connector is a little too big and puts stress on the straw.2. Cut the straw slightly shorter than specified by the cut guide. The 40oz flask is the tallest, but the full length straw is actually about 1/8″ too long so it pushes against the bottom, creating a slight bending in the straw and causing even more stress on it.After following the two guidelines above my straws are maintaining very well now. Even so I suspect straw replacement will be a fairly regular thing so I ordered a set of third-party replacements (for some reason Hydro Flask doesn’t sell replacement straws).

I love it so much!!
I used this for my 40 oz Hydro flask and absolutely love having a straw option as well as the original twist off wide mouth top. I have had my bottle for nearly 3 years and can definitely speak on the quality of hydro flask. After years of being my daily water bottle it has held up amazingly and this lid is no different. I’ve already dropped it twice and despite scratches, it’s still almost in mint condition. The straw part didn’t break off and the plastic didn’t crack. The lid isn’t 100% leak proof and sometimes lets out a little dribble from the straw but it never claims to be entirely leakproof and I have found it to be a non issue thus far. This is one of the best purchases I’ve made.

Deixei sem querer cair a noite ao lado da minha cama e não queria arrastar ela porque minha filha ja estava dormindo. conclusão: A água ficou lá até de manhã gelada.Vedação é igual a tampa que vem na Hydroflask mesmo.
