I’m 6’2” tall and I needed plenty of room on the mat. I also do lots of different types of yoga including warm classes and I needed a mat with grip even when it is wet. This mat does all of the above. I can’t describe how much I love the grip and the space. The liforme mat is great and for a tall guy the XL is awesome!

No more sticky
So apparently rubber will start to dry a little overtime and leaving a Chucky slick residue on top of the mat Google says to use white vinegar and possibly baking soda mixture to remove this haven’t tried yet but I hope it works PS it also says not to submerge your mat and water but I don’t know how you get out all the dirty sweat buildup inside it if you don’t?

I sweat, a lot, and this has kept up. While I still need to wipe it mid practice, it’s the best I’ve found. Highly recommend.

Even though this is considered a man’s yoga mat, I absolutely love it. Being tall, it means I finally have a mat that fits me. The grip is second to none. I am now the proud owner of yoga mats from both Yogi Bare and Liforme and they are very comparable. I wouldn’t use any other brands now. I’ve spent money for years on cheaper yoga mats, and now I know why people pony up the money for something that actually is high-quality. You can tell the difference the minute you open this mat. The materials are outstanding and the overall quality of the mattress is superb if you’re getting a yoga mat skip the other cheap O brands and invest in this. It will last longer and feel more like you are at home on the mat. It is a bit heavy, but the carrying case more than makes up for that. This is the only yoga mat I’ve had that doesn’t make yoga feel necessarily like a chore every time. Definitely buy it. Namaste
