Perfect wrist/ankle weights
Using these a simple arm Pilates work out, had my arms are on fire! They’re very comfortable to wear on your ankles or wrists, and the perfect amount of weight for toning exercises!

Cute, Comfortable, Great Value
They’re so cute and I love the color. I also like how the elastic band is the same color as the weights because the black color is ugly to me. I think these might be a dupe of another brand of weighted bangles that look just like these but sell for over $60. They look the exact same as the $60 ones. These are much better value for your money and are comfortable and gets the job done. I’ll be using them for Pilates and Barre workouts.

These are a must have! UPS my game in Pilates and comfortable to be worn around the house doing chores. I didn’t think I’d get too much out of it weight wise but boy I was wrong. This is a great gift idea too, everyone should own a pair or two. Well made durable and come with a pouch. Love these!

Great for walking!
The velcro is strong and stays on securely on your wrists or ankles. It’s very easy to put on and adds the right amount of weight needed when I’m doing Pilates or walking. Cost was reasonable, it was worth the purchase.

Nice weights for wrists or ankles
These 1 lb adjustable weights are pretty easy to put on your wrists or ankles to enhance any workout. They fit my wrists pretty well but I had some difficulty pulling the velcro strap tight enough. So they are a little loose when I move my arms. I was able to get them to have a more snug fit on my ankles.They contain several smaller weights which I suppose could be removed if you wanted to adjust the weight. However I don’t see any way to get them back on once removed. So I wouldn’t recommend removing them.Also there is a stop at the end of the velcro strap so that the weights won’t fall off when you take them out of the carry case. But the stop is quite thin and it’s easy to accidentally push one over the edge. In fact one of them started to come off and I had trouble getting it back on. So I think there should either be a thicker stop so that they can’t come off, or an easier way to get them back on.I used to have a set of wrist and ankle weights that had little pockets where you could easily remove or add the individual weights. And I was hoping these would be more like those, but they’re not. And those went up to 5 lb whereas these are just 1 lb each. But that’s a good weight for a little extra resistance.The instructions for how to put them on are on the back of the box. And they are extremely difficult to read because they are in tiny print in very light colored ink. In fact I was only able to read them when I took it outdoors. And the instructions say to put the embossed label facing downwards. I couldn’t even find the embossed label until I realized it was very faint on the outside of the first weight. The velcro strap basically attaches underneath the first weights which is why it feels a little awkward to attach. Or stated another way, the weights at the end pull over the velcro strap. Maybe with repeated use I’ll get the hang of it and be able to get it a little tighter.I love that it comes with its own mesh carry case with a zipper that has a loop to pull it or to carry it by.All in all they’re pretty nice weights to add to my workout.

These are exactly what my sister wanted! She’s gotten really into Pilates and is so happy with them. The quality is holding up great…and honestly way better than I expected. I’ve borrowed them a few times for walks and love that they work perfectly on either my ankles or wrists. They’re sleek, cute, and the weight feels just right. Totally recommend!

I love these! I did get the 2lb and they were actually a little too heavy but you can take actually take the small triangles off to make them lighter! Would recommend to anyone that is an avid walker and you want to elevate your walk!

I’ve only used a few times. I like the weight it adds for movements I don’t like the indents in leaves on my skin afterwards for a while. I’m hoping the velcro will last awhile but will update if it doesn’t.
