The tracker works great, but there were absolutely no English directions for set up. Since I had set one up before I knew how to do it with the App, but it will be really hard for someone to set it up with no directions

Perfect for small wrists
This is a great Fitbit for a small wrist. I didn’t want an oversized watch and the charger for my previous Fitbit fit this one, so why not? I forgot my charger while out of town and it lost power for 2 days (the one time it decided to not last for 7 days when previously it did). It was a bugger to recharge. I thought I might have to return it but when I strapped it to my wrist it powered up. Not sure why. It was charging for a full day but I couldn’t get the screen to activate until I actually put it on. All’s well and it’s working as intended.

The packaging was opened – not sealed. All of the wording on the package is in German. This item was definitely not new and I’m wondering if it was purchased overseas and then brought to the US to sell at a higher price. Since this product tracks my health stats, I am not sure if someone else has used it or has access to the tracking information. Returning this item ASAP.

Ho passato 3 giorni a cercare uno smartwatch non troppo costoso, che avesse un’ottima batteria, NFC e tracking del battito cardiaco e del sonno e che avesse un desiogn simile all’Applewatch.Nonostante sia un po’ più stretto e più che un orologio sembra un bracciale devo dire che sono molto soddisfatto. Bello da vedere, comodo, ottimo cinturino ed ottime le funzionalità.Magari ci sono pochi temi tra cui scegliere, soprattuto mancano secondo me temi “eleganti” ma per il resto vale il prezzo che ho pagato (140€, scontato di 20€ rispetto al solito).La batteria per il momento mi dura più di una settimana perdendo un 10% al giorno ma lo utilizzo solo come orologio e non per sport.Il rilevatore del battito cardiaco funziona molto bene e nonostante il tracking del sonno non sia sempre preciso è comodo vedere tutte le diverse statistiche fornite.Unica pecca che alcune funzionalità presenti nell’app siano a pagamento ma io non ho sentito la necessità di acquistarle.

Op zich een prima sporthorloge en ook snel door Amazon geleverd. Helaas is de Fitbit al na een jaar defect en probeer danmaar eens op de Amazon site een adres of mogelijkheid te vinden om het product onder garantie retour te sturen voor reparatie. Een enorme hoeveelheid informatie hoe dat moet, maar geen van de stappen over retourneren werken (ontmoedigingsbeleid?). Kwaliteit fitbit -5, kwaliteit retourbeleid Amazon -5
