Buy these, they’re the best. Period.
I bought a pair of CEP compression socks from a local running store last year while rehabbing from plantar fasciitis. The foot problems sucked, but the one bright spot has been finding these great compression socks! Over a year later, my CEP socks still retain their shape and compression quality. I wear them on a regular basis to exercise, or if I know I’ll be on my feet for a while. The only pain point is that they’re very expensive socks. I wanted more than one pair, but didn’t know if I wanted to pay so much for socks. Someone recommended a different brand with the initials PC, and when I saw an online FB deal from that company (and the cute colors and designs) , I bought 4 pair of those instead of 2 more CEP. I mean, we’ve all done this, right? Chasing greener pastures?Well, that was a mistake. The other socks are FAR inferior in both comfort and quality, and here’s why. First is fabric weave. It seems small, but when a sock is supposed to squeeze your skin, it really, really matters that the weave is as flat as possible. CEP uses a flat weave that is pretty comfortable on the skin. PC uses a rib style which leaves those red, itchy lines (you know what I mean). In a crew athletic sock it’s not a big deal, but it’s the kiss of death in compression socks. And those cute designs I so loved? Well, that was achieved by separately weaving other thread into the knit, creating MORE raised fabric which, in a compression sock, is bad for the same reason as the ribbed weave. CEP’s fabric is also softer than the others, and therefore less itchy, so instead of clawing at my calves before ripping off the PC socks, I can wear CEP socks longer and get the full benefit.CEP’s compression is also better because it’s graduated from the ankle up the calf instead of just squeezing it like a sausage. The PC toe seams are raised and sewn with a scratchy thread that’s uncomfortable to the toes compared to CEP’s flat seam that’s almost invisible. And despite leaving adequate room in the toebox when putting on, the other brand developed significant wear and fraying at the toe seam after 1 wear and wash! I am so annoyed at the manufacturer’s shoddy workmanship, but also at myself. I chased the money when I already had a good thing – a great quality sock that I love – and I STILL looked for a better deal, wasting more time and money in the process. I’m writing this review after buying 2 more pair of CEP.Moral of the story, don’t be me. Don’t chase the money. BUY THESE and be done!

    Great fitting compression socks
Great compression socks and worth the price. Fit was exactly as described & I like they determine the fit according to your calf measurement.

    Great socks
These socks are comfortable, with padded soles that feel great. Socks have just the right amount of compression.

    Well made compression socks
Great well made compression socks. These are as good as the very thin medical grade compression socks. In some ways they are better because they are cushioned in the toe, heel and arch. Great for exercising, plane rides and long car rides. Wouldn’t go without them! Cost is much better than medical compression socks and they last longer. Very happy with these and I will buy more colors.

Best Compression Socks I’ve Ever Tried!
I’ve been wearing CEP compression socks for years, and I can honestly say they’re amazing. The targeted compression is perfect…I use them both at work as a nurse and during athletic activities, and they keep my legs feeling great all day. I’ve tried many other brands, but these are by far the best. They hold up beautifully over time, don’t stretch out, and wash really well. I even get them as gifts for coworkers and friends, and everyone loves them. Worth every penny…highly recommend!

    Runs small…
The CEP Core Run 5.0 Tall Compression Socks run a bit small, but they’re well made, well designed, and high quality. I can’t say how comfortable they are, or how well they work, because I simply cannot wear them – they’re too tight, and it’s not the compression that’s too tight, it’s the socks themselves, I can barely pull them up my calves. I like the way the material feels, and how they’re padded in the right places, so I’ll hang on to them in case I lose weight.

Left sock, right sock…. These socks have designated feet
I absolutely love these socks and am completely obsessed with their fit and compression! They aren’t too difficult to put on despite the fact they are much higher compressionnnumbers then anything I’ve found in person in a store. Also these fit amazingly well I cannot tell you how many pairs I’ve gotten only to find the heel area is up my calf right above my Achilles which in a normal sock wouldn’t be that big of an ordeal however on compression socks that is a huge issue because of how they are designed and if the correct area isn’t being compressed how it should be then things will not give you the results sought after. These are also a nice thickness where you feel as if there is some padded cushioning but not too much to where your sneakers are tight or feel much different then usual. The hot pink color I am happy to report stays that neon pigmented shade even after several washes and walking around without shoes in the house they don’t dinge or fade. I also found it really interesting that there is actually a left and right fitted sock with the letters eight below your big toe on the topside indicating as such. I didn’t realize this the first time I was putting them on so I will tell you first-hand they do fit different and which foot each sock goes on does actually matter and make a big difference in comfort, compression areas and overall feel of these socks. The only negative thing I can say is sometimes if I wear them for more then half a day my knees end up becoming the size of soccer balls and are huge. This does go down after removal but it takes several hours for that to subside. I even had them folded down a bit when I noticed this happening the last time I wore them and instead the same swell at the sock point start happened only this time it was mid calf so I looked like normal knees then a soccer ball half leg and then skinny normal all the rest of the way including my foot and ankle. It has been very strange and not sure why this happens as I don’t have it occur with other compression socks but those are lower numbers slightly of compression. However despite that issue I still would highly recommend them. The fit is great and was accurate which is hard to come by especially for smaller size feet like myself.

Tut, was sie sollen, habe diese Socken bereits auf zwei Langstreckenflügen angehabt. Ich finde sie trotzdem immer noch ein bisschen zu teuer.
