How do I wash my Copper Compression products?
Soak in warm water (86°F) with neutral detergent and gently hand wash for a few minutes. Rinse without squeezing, press with a towel to remove water, and air dry away from sunlight.
How tight should your products be?
To maximize the properties of compression, our products should be comfortably tight without cutting off blood circulation around the covered region
What are the healing properties of compression?
Compression reduces swelling by limiting blood and fluid flow to the injured area, decreasing inflammation.
Does copper get absorbed into your skin?
Trace amounts of copper may be absorbed by your skin, but it’s too little to cause harm.
Can I get copper poisoning from wearing your products?
No, because copper poisoning only occurs from ingesting large amounts.
If there is copper infused into the thread, shouldn’t your fabrics have a copper-gold color?
No, because the tiny copper ions are infused directly into the nylon fibers of our high-performance fabric. This innovative approach provides maximum benefits, extending the life of the product and fighting the source of odor for a superior experience.

Great Product!
I’ve never used a compression sleeve before, I wanted to start running but I kept getting shin splints, then I would take a break from the exercise and then the splints came back, a never ending cycle! Super frustrating and makes it hard to continue running. Now, I am doing plenty of splint-targeted stretching this time around and these Pace compression sleeves are a great addition to my strategy to finally overcome these splints. The sleeves reduce splint discomfort when running, they really help and they are very effective to use post-runs as well. In fact, I am finding that I like to wear them around the house when I am just relaxing. I even bought my wife a pair! She’s post-partum and she says they have made walking around more comfortable because of the better blood flow. They just make my legs feel greatIf you are reading this, just go ahead and buy them, they are definitely worth it.

I couldn’t be happier!
I received these a week ago and have been wearing them to alleviate the pain from shin splints. The pain that I had experienced for two months went away in less than 48 hours and hasn’t come back at all, even as I started back in my walking program. I walked 4 miles this morning and felt absolutely no pain at all. And there is no longer any tenderness in the tissue area where I had been experiencing the pain. They fit perfectly, give me great support, and are so comfortable, I don’t realize I have them on. I wear them 24 hours a day and couldn’t be happier. I only take them off to shower.I am sold on these. Great product and arrived on time as well.

Fit is tight, provides comfort, but tricky to put on
I purchased these sleeves in size M. Initially, I tried to put them on by pulling the sleeve over my foot with the wide side first. However, this proved difficult for me because the narrow part of the sleeve is tight and pulling it from the wider side was hard. So, I figured a simpler way: Turn the sleeve inside-out and pull it over the foot with the narrow side first as far as it goes; then, pull the sleeve from the wider side over itself as I pull it over the calf! The net result is that the sleeve is now in place with the inside in. To take it off, do the reverse: pull from the upper part first and over the calf so that when it is out it is turned inside out.The M size fits me well and it tight enough to provide comfort during workouts and while walking.

Good for shin splints
My 16 year old son uses these while exercising to minimize shin splints. They work very nicely and are good quality. He is 6 foot tall and 185 pounds and a medium fits him well.

Watch the size
I used the sizing guide to choose my size…measured my calf and ordered accordingly – WRONG! The size I ordered was medium (the add says if you are between sizes or if you want more compression order next size down) I received sm/m and it won’t even go over my calf. Went to local Wmart and they carry this brand so I noticed the sizing is not s, m, l, xl…..it is s/m or l/xl. Just be warned. Since I couldn’t even get them on I gave 3 stars across the board – I assume they would work if they fit.

Love them!
I have been dealing with shin splints while running for several months now and they have just kept getting worse and my runs have suffered. Inside runs, treadmills, it doesn’t matter. I have tried different shoes, different terrain (sp?) while running outside, different strides/speeds, strengthening exercises, nothing seems to really help.I came on to Amazon and started researching shin splint compression sleeves and ran across Copper Compression. After reading the reviews and looking at their website I decided to give them a whirl. When I did my first run with them, I used different shoes then what I normally run in. Big mistake. I got shin splints big time! However, I seemed to recover from them much faster than I normally do.My next run was in my normal running shoes but on the treadmill and it was awesome! No pain!!!! It was great! I did have some pretty good muscle fatigue in my calves but I was okay with that. LOLMy runs since then have been so nice and relatively comfortable. I still get shin splints but they aren’t nearly as bad and my recovery time is faster. I’ve only had these about a week so I can only imagine what continued use is going to be like. I am very excited and so glad that I got these!

Amazing Product
I done ever leave reviews but feel this product warrants it.I had pulled a calf muscle 3 times in 3 weeks and was forced to not run until my calf healed completely but I was growing very impatient and looked into compression sleeves. I paid to have it shipped same day(and it came same day much to my surprise) and tried it out immediately. It was rather tight (got the medium size) but it felt good and it wasn’t so tight that the circulation was cut off. The results were immediate as I have 54 stairs in my town home and walking up and down them with the condition of my calf was painful and challenging but with the Copper Compression sleeve on, I had next to no pain which was amazing. The next morning I tested it by jogging, cautiously, but had nearly no pain and didn’t have the sudden twinge in my calf I had experienced the previous three times I tried to run. I have ran, with the sleeve on, nearly everyday since that initial jogging test with absolutely no issue.Without the sleeve, I was likely looking at not being able to run for another 2-3 weeks while my calf slowly healed which was frustrating. The sleeve not only gives my leg the apparent support it needs but I feel like it actually helped it heal.I am thoroughly impresssd by the Copper Compression Sleeve and highly recommend it.

Too tight, scratchy, uncomfortable, hard to get on
I am not a large person, so these should have fit fine, but they are very tight, scratchy and hard to get on. They were on the FSA-approved list, but I would not recommend them. I have worn them a few times and they hurt the tendons behind my knees.

Well, I must say I’m surprised! I’ve worn calf compression sleeves For over a year due to shin splints and calf issues and have noticed a steady improvement. When these arrived I doubted I would even get in to them, and even if I did I expected my foot to go blue as they appear quite small. But after getting it on, I was surprised at both how much support they gave me, and how comfortable they are! These appear a really good product, of course time will tell but I’m well impressed so far as they have made my old ones feel like fluffy leg warmers! Ideal item, great price! I would recommend if you suffer shin/calf issues

Excellent product. Suffering from shin splints these sleeves really made a difference. Supportive but not too tight you feel like the circulation is being cut off.
