The perfect shoe exists!
I have severely flat, boney, nerve damaged, diabetic, cold feet. I love to walk and exercise but my feet hold me back big time! I buy the most expensive fanciest insoles.. if there is an orthotic insole, orthotic shoe brand- I’ve tried it. After buying other brooks, dansko, crocs, hokas, Oofos, vionic, adidas, aasics, on cloud, new balance and more, I scoured the interweb to find the PERFECT shoe.Well here it freaking is! Alas, the adrenaline gts!!!! First things first, it’s squishy and comfy. Soon as you step in it your foot is bathed in squishy foam that bounces back! The material around the ankle is super cushioned and doesn’t dig into the top of my foot. My arches are lifted and my foot pain completely disappeared. Now I need more 🙂

Stability Superstar for Long Days & Long Miles
I recently picked up a pair of these Brooks Adrenaline GTS 24s, and they’ve quickly earned their place in my rotation. Whether I’m pounding the pavement on a long run, walking around town, or just working on my feet all day, these shoes deliver the kind of reliable support that’s hard to beat. What I Love Most:Excellent Support with GuideRails: Brooks’ GuideRails system keeps my feet and knees aligned without feeling stiff or restrictive. It really helps me feel stable when I start to fatigue.runnersworld.com+2GearLab+2Soft, Balanced Cushioning: The DNA Loft v3 foam feels plush and absorbs shock well, but it’s not so squishy that I lose energy return.runnersworld.comDurable Construction: The outsole and upper are built to last — I’ve logged several dozen miles already, and they’re holding up without major wear.Uncover ClubGreat for Everyday Use: Beyond running, these are comfortable for long workdays or standing around — my legs feel less tired at the end of the day compared to when I wore less stable shoes.A Few Things to Watch Out For:Fit Can Be Tricky: According to multiple reviews, these run a bit small and narrow.ZapposSome users recommend sizing up or considering a wider width to avoid discomfort.Arch Irritation for Some: Several runners have reported blisters or rubbing around the arch, especially early on — likely due to the GuideRails structure.Reddit+2Reddit+2Break-In Period: There’s a short break-in period required. A few users say it takes a week or two before the shoes feel fully comfortable. The Civil WarWeight: Compared to neutral trainer shoes, these feel a little heavier due to the stability features.runnersworld.comBottom Line:If you’re looking for a daily trainer that marries stability with comfort, the Adrenaline GTS 24 is a smart choice — especially if you’re prone to pronation or want reliable support for long hours or long distances. But if you have very sensitive arches or a narrow foot, make sure to try them on (or break them in carefully) — they’re great shoes, but not one-size-fits-all.

Great for pronation, over all support, & they endure!!
These Brooks Adrenaline gts shoes are the best shoes for me! I over pronate & the roll bars in them help a lot with that, saving my ankles from a lot of pain. They also provide perfect support such that my feet don’t feel beat up at the end of the day. The tongue isn’t cumbersome either. I’ve tried the newer ones with the fancier cushioned soles, but they don’t hold up or last as long as the original soles do.

More supportive and “fitted” to me than the Hoka Arahi or Gaviota . Comfortable and Light
Brooks Adrenaline GTS 24: These shoes were recommended for my foot by podiatrists as a mid-range “supportive shoe” to help with pronation, flat foot arch support, along with the Hoka Arahi and Hoka Gaviota. (I have a wide, flat foot, size 40-42 depending on manufacturer, 41 in Dansko) These shoes have a bit of a drop and feel more comfortable to me than the zero drop soles that make me feel I’m walking like a duck. I like the heel support better in this Brooks than the Hoka’s Arahi (comparable stability for my feet) though the Hoka feels more cushioned (the Hoka Gaviota was just too big overall in my size). It took a long time to decide and I had to try out a couple of sizes in a couple of brands before I found “the one.”The Brooks fits my foot well (I ordered the wide version, and went up a 1/2 size to allowing a little bit of room at the toes) because they’re cut a little bit small. So far so good. I plopped my orthotics in there and got used to them walking in a few hundred feet.In order to pick this shoe, I went to a regular shoe store and after trying two or three different sizes in a couple of brands, I found what fit me and bought a pair there. I then ordered a second pair on Amazon of identical size as a back up and am very pleased with the Amazon order. Shoes came straight from the manufacturer, smelled like new, and were an absolute perfect purchase. The shoes look decent but I cannot speak to the durability since I just got them a month ago. Hope this review helps someone. Good luck!

Still supportive
I’ve always love brooks but this version isn’t favorable. It has all the comfort from heel cushion (the main reason I wear them) , fit, quality, and great flat feet. It supports me feet rather well however toe box is wider than previous version. I love formerversion more as I feel it ihas a better fit and I like the heel cushioning and tor box better. Why do Brooke’s always make changes. I think this version is not up to par. Plus I wish they offered colors that are not so outrageous. I just want colors that you offer in the men’s versions. Why are all the women’s so bright. I would love a navy color. I am not a fan of pink or iridescent. The shoe supports the foot but feels more bulky. I’ve tripped a few times.

Great shoes
These are great shoes for walking, running, or cross training. They are very comfortable and supportive and are also a great choice if you’re on your feet all day or have plantar fasciitis. They are stylish and will work well for exercise classes, outdoor exercise, or with work clothes depending upon your career.

Sehr gute Wahl. Stehe und laufe in meinen Job 7,5 Std und hab in beiden Knie Arthrose . Sehr bequem , es drückt nirgends. Hab nur ne halbe Nummer größer gewählt, als ich sonst trage.

Already got a pair of these trainers which I wear indoors to support and relieve my feet. I have plantar fasciitis in one foot and these trainers are recommended to help. Needed another pair to wear outdoors and was pleased to find them at a good price. The design and support make these trainers very comfortable for all day wear. Excellent quality, lightweight. I’m usually a size 5 but knew they were small fitting so ordered a 6.5 and they are perfect.

Tried to run 5km on treadmill. Legs feel fine, the sole feels soft.
