I love how lightweight and portable they are, which makes it easy to use them at home, at the gym, or even while traveling. They’re especially great for rehab exercises because they offer controlled resistance and are long enough to perform a full range of movements. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, these bands work perfectly.Overall, these are some of the best resistance bands I’ve used. Excellent quality, versatile, and a great value. Great set of resistance bands for beginners. I feel like they could be a bit longer but that’s my only complaint. They give great resistance and a great workout!

Good Quality Bands with Minor Limitations
The resistance bands are generally good and serve their purpose well for physical therapy, yoga, and light strength training. I really appreciate that they are non-latex, which is a big plus for anyone with allergies. The stretch and resistance levels are effective, and they’re convenient for at-home workouts.However, I do feel that some bands could be slightly thicker for more intense strength training, and the resistance levels aren’t clearly labeled, which can be a bit confusing at first. While they’re great for rehab and flexibility exercises, advanced users may want something heavier for maximum resistance. Overall, a solid product with minor areas for improvement.

For elderly or beginners.
These bands are just right for elderly or beginners. So happy I can replace the godzilla bands I got at the sporting goods store; where their lightest band was stronger that the heavy band in this pack. Perfect for a starter pack of bands.

Bought these to use for stretching and warming up my muscles on upper body workout days. Cute colors, good amount of stretch and the best thing about them IMO is they don’t smell bad/rubbery!
