Works as intended – no Issues
I had a slightly softer foam roller previously. This one is hard and it takes some getting used to. Once you do get used to it – it works great! No complaints. Just be aware this is firm, there is no give in this foam roller.

My wife purchased this foam roller to perform exercises at home that her physical therapist told that would help with her back pain. When we initially got this, I was shocked at the intense wrapping of the product, but I’d honestly rather have that then there be hardly nothing holding this in the package. At least it did not have a strange smell like many other products from China often do!The roller itself is made of good quality and is about 6 inches in diameter. It doesn’t pick up any dust while stored away and We purchased the 12 inch roller, but now we regret not buying one that is a tad larger because you have more support area to rest your elbows. My wife also looked up a few other exercises on YouTube which helped alleviate her back soreness/pain. I think if you pair this up with a quality Yoga mat, it’s a great combo. This roller is quite firm, so if you have something soft for the rest of your body to touch/support while you workout, it’s a great combination. We love the choice and variety of colors that you can pick from.All in all, we gave this 4 stars. It could be improved if the company provided an exercise chart.

This clearly works but if you are a tall person then consider 36” roller
It’s big and hard. It hurts in all the right places. I’ve had really bad pain between my shoulder blades for a while now, I can wedge the edge of this roller right between my blade and the spine and it feels soooo great. Using it horizontally on my back is feels great for lower and mid back pain. It’s a really good price for what you get, honestly you don’t need anything fancier than this. Color is pretty cute with the green speckles. Too big for traveling. Very effective for the PT I need. I’m 5’4” and I wish maybe I went for the 36 inch so if you are 5’5”+ then I’d recommend going size up.

Pink & Gray Foam Roller
I purchase both Foam rollers. I kept both. The purple PE soft foam roller is definitely soft and easy to use. The 2-Layer pink/gray foam roller is also a great buy. Both are great and easy to you. I prefer soft foam roller vs any High density foam roller. It soft and less painful. I recommend both.

DO NOT buy this if you expect an easy return of an actual medium density bolster
Do not buy this item if you want an easy return. Make sure you keep the box and expect to go to UPS to return it. There are no other options. This is not easily returned at all.It is advertised as medium density and is much firmer and harder than my firm density bolster.I just lost $20 because of an inaccurate description and a poor return policy.
