    Women’s Graduated Compression Leggings
I got these for myself, and they provide good compression and support, especially after long days. The high waist is comfortable and stays in place. The material feels supportive, though it can feel a bit snug at first. Overall, they are great for everyday wear and recovery.

    20–30 mmHg Graduated Compression Leggings
These compression leggings by RX MMHG COMPRESSION SOCKS feel great even after a long day.I ordered a larger size than I normally wear, because sometimes the compression of 20–30 mmHg is too much for comfort, but these would have been fine in a smaller size as well. They are soft and have a good amount of stretch so they don’t feel too tight or restrictive. The material is thinner than regular leggings but thicker than pantyhose, so you can wear it under a pair of pants or with a dress. These have graduated compression, meaning they are tighter at the bottom and less compressive on the way up the leg. There is a noticeable difference in the compression between the top of the leg opening and the panty portion, so you don’t have an overly compressed feeling on your stomach or waist.I have lymphedema and wearing compression garments help keep the swelling down when I’m on my feet for extended periods of time. Wearing these comfortable leggings makes a huge difference in making my legs feel less tired and achy. When I ordered them, the listed price was $19.99, making them an excellent value for the money, as compression wear is usually higher in price for this quality. However at the time of my review they are listed at $33.99.

    The Sizing is all Wrong
These compression tights are unbelievably too small! I have an older pair , same size and these new pair are a minimum 2 sizes too small!! Not sure what’s happened but apparently something. I’m disappointed that this company no longer has them made in the “correct” size. Now, I have to return them

    Really good compression leggings
These women’s compression leggings are such a life saver for traveling. These leggings have helped my legs from swelling when we took our vacation. If I ride in a car or plane for several hours my legs and feet swell so terribly. I tried wearing these in my car trip that was four hours and they kept my legs from swelling and being so painful I can barely walk. With these it felt like I didnt swell at all. I was shocked. If you suffer from edema or lymphodema these are amazing and I highly recommend giving them a try. They arent something you can wear comfortably for more than four hours for me. I hope my review has been helpful for you.

At least two sizes too small
I have recently lost over twenty pounds and was concerned that I might need to size down from my previous 2x/3x size- not on these “leggings”!I have tights that are much less see-through than these so-called leggings. It took two people to get these over my thighs, and my tattoos were very clear through them. They still didn’t come up to my waist.

Comfort, Support, and Great for Travel
These Graduated Compression Leggings absolutely impressed me. I travel a lot and always rely on compression socks, but they only cover so much. So I decided to try these, and wow, what a difference. My legs felt SO good after wearing them, especially on long days. They’re not leggings you can really wear as standalone pants; while they’re thicker than standard tights, they definitely lean more toward the “tights” side of things. But they look adorable under a skirt with boots, so you can still be stylish while getting all the benefits. They also work perfectly as a warm layer in colder climates, which is a huge plus for me since I live in a chilly part of the country. These get a big thumbs up and are officially part of both my daily wear and my travel essentials!

Not as tight as I thought they would be.
Not as tight as I hoped for. They fit snug around my calves but at the waist its too big. Also they are long and I had to cuff them up a little. Will not buy again.
