beautiful, soft, smooth, and easy to control
Soft, smooth, flexible rope. Doesn’t tangle or stay twisted. Even though it’s heavy, it’s not difficult to control when jumping.I’m 5’8 and the rope is too long for me (despite the description in the ad). It’s easy to tie a tidy knot next to each handle to adjust the length. But two knots in each side would be too much, so if you need your rope to be even shorter, you should probably choose a different one. I’m not sure how to cut it, or even if it is possible, as I don’t see a way to open the handles.The handles rotate smoothly. The color is a gorgeous saturated sky blue with a hint of aqua, with a bright sheen. It looks pretty and cheerful hanging on the wall.The two different colors offered are different weights and lengths. The blue one is shorter and lighter than the black one.I use the rope to jump and to flow. The handles are quiet when I jump, but they rattle when I flow because there is some lengthwise play inside the handles.

I just received my package, immediately opened it, took the rope outside, tried it out and instantly knew I’d made the perfect purchase! I’ve been a jump rope enthusiast my entire life. This year I got into flow rope (Google it if you’re not familiar). I have a few flow ropes of typical size and weight that I love, but I wanted to add a heavier rope to my arsenal to really increase the intensity of the activity and focus on strength and calorie burn. The one’s I’d looked at that were “flow specific” were nice, but quite expensive. I saw this and thought it might work BOTH as a heavy jump rope AND flow rope. Sure enough! It’s perfect and was a fraction of the price. The quality of the rope seems high, the handles turn super smoothly and the weight is perfect to really spike the intensity both jumping and flowing. I love that I can grab one rope and do both! I also happen to love the color and overall look! I’m so pleased! Thanks! 🙏

They are both great ropes.
I have both the red and blue ropes. The Weck Method hybrid rope sounded good in theory, but after trying it (and swiftly returning it) I realized that I prefer having different ropes for different purposes. I’m 5’8 and I use the red rope for just plain old heavy rope jumping… although I do have to angle the handles upward to clear the rope past my feet. Maintaining that position with the added weight makes it much harder and tiring than the blue rope… which I love. I can only do half the amount of jumps on the red that I can on the blue. But I’m guessing most people around my height would prefer the blue.The blue rope I like for rope flow which I’m only just getting into. Been doing the dragon roll, the sneak, matador, and other movements.I also tried a similar brand which has the same design, but the perantlb’s rope material is far superior. Its soft, flexible, and snake like. The other brand was quite stiff and I couldn’t see myself doing rope flow with it.The biggest downside I see in this rope is that the hard plastic handles are quite unforgiving on the inner aspect of the thumb knuckle. This is easily resolved with some cheap tennis racket grips tape. Makes it so much better!

This rope is perfect I’m almost 5’8 and this length is great for me it’s been a good addition to my home gym equipment, it’s a great workout! It’s doesn’t tangle, it’s pretty easy to use I just have to jump higher bc it’s thicker. But that’s the point a better workout then your average rope!

Awesome rope
My search is over, after trying 3 other ropes this is the1 for me. The weight of it is actually just right (I wanted heavier) I feel a burn in legs ,arms, chest and of course my core. The build quality is superb withstanding all conditions so far, concrete, asphalt, grass and that soft stuff at the kids park and that’s wet and dry. Finally, the length is maybe 2 inches too long for me but I grab it just below the handle and it’s extremely comfortable on my wrist when others weren’t. BTW I am 6″6 so I appreciate the length. Oh the price excellent compared to another I paid over 125.00 dollars for.
