The Garmin Forerunner 165 non-music is a great, user friendly watch to use for not only your sports activities, but also tracing steps at work and sleep. It has great battery life, and charges easily.I also have the Forerunner 645 music, a great watch primarily for running, but it has a long learning curve.The 165 may well be the best value watch for the money. I really enjoy using it.

The watch is great! IF you buy because of the battery pack is included don’t. Within a few minutes of charging the charging block that comes with it, overheats. I feel like if I charge too long it’ll melt.
