Super set of bands.
Love the handles, over-the-door “holder,” and tube shape that make life much easier than just the long almost fabric bands that are harder to hold onto and adjust. This set does as low as 2-4 lbs, which is hard to find and I need for my physical therapy. So far, I’m loving this set. Easy to use and very adaptable.

Outstanding product / Great customer service and follow-up!
I purchase this kit and the long slips of bands (most frequently provided to rehab patient’s for at home work outs). This kit is by far stronger and gives more tools to utilize the bands in more positions, creating a workout that could rival any gym.I hope I will be able to create some photos showing various way, I have found, to maximize the strength building and range of motion. But, that will not happen for a while.Trust me. Great product! Great company — they start your relationship with their company by great customer support. Their are a few exercises provided in the case; but more importantly they check on you and your purchase before you have a chance to get started (in a good customer service way, not a car salesman nagging way). They genuinely seem to care about customer satisfaction.

Rubber tube failure
I was very disappointed with the rubber tubing. It breaks in about 2 weeks, then you are forced to tie knots in the tubing which lasts for one to two days, if they haven’t broken off the next day before you even use it. All the brakes happen where the handles connect I have looked over the grommets and I feel no rough spots or anything that could be causing this breakage. Would not recommend this product because you cannot use it without the rubber tubing. In

These are really great and perform well
These are really great and perform well. I haven’t used resistance bands much so I am starting something new in my workouts. It is taking me a little time to figure out which bands work for the different exercises I am trying. It comes with a book that gives some instruction on a few exercises, but you will want to look some up on your own to get full use out of these. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because in certain exercises it rubs against my clothing and it picks up all of the fuzz from my t-shirt. I have not noticed this with the other bands that I have tried. The material is a little different and I’m not sure what the “weight” is for the different colors. The hooks and handles are all strong and appear that they will last long. I am very happy with the value and I am looking forward to finding lots of new things to do with them.

Looks to be excellent quality
I just received it today and it looks to be excellent quality product. I haven’t had a chance to try it out yet but just looking everything over I’m impressed with the quality of the materials and it even came in a nice zipper top storage bag. I’m sure it will work very well for my needs. Thanks for a great product at a great price!

Great customer service
Mine was missing the poster, and there was no indication of what color was what resistance. Used QR code in manual and chat with customer service. Sent me the picture (attached). Is mailing me the missing poster. Great bands, easy to attach handles. Happily surprised that handles will fit over my feet for stretches to tibialus.

Not worth the price
I got these bands for my wife and I to use since we can’t hit the gym. As soon as I did one rep with the red band it broke. I’m a muscular guy who works out often and I’m use to using this type of equipment. The bands offer no type of stretch. I would not purchase this.
