This sports bra provides so much compression, it is so comfortable and doesn’t have any underwire either. The girls don’t move what so ever, I honestly could wear this anywhere just based on how well it holds me together!! I’ve got my girls done, I’m a 32D, 120lb, 5’5”, and I ordered a small. If you are wanting a really snug fit, order your typical size, but I also could have gone with a medium and been happy ☺️ overall, this bra is great, looking forward to my runs and hikes now!

ACTUALLY high impact
First sports bra in a decade to actually do what it says it will. Tried a variety of other supposed high impact but they never kept the girls in place and when I tried this one on I didn’t have a ton of hope because I’m used to high impact meaning high compression but this one holds you in place through dynamic movements without squeezing the ever-loving life out of you. Bought 3 more since then.

Sizing is small. Doesn’t seem comfortable.
5’4″, 150 lb. I usually wear a L in exercise bras. I ordered an XL. It’s pretty but way way too small. If you need alot of support this bra is built like a tank, but for a B cup like me, it’s uncomfortable.
