Great to relieve shoulder pressure on joints, or back stretch. Light, portable.
I got this because I have constant aches and problems with my neck and I roll it over my muscles when watching tv.I use this a few times a week, I lay on the ground and put in under my spine and shoulder blades and even under my to relieve shoulder pressure.Fits in a gym bag, backpack and is so lightweight you hardly know it’s there!I like it, but could have been longer for my taste.I feel like I need something to grab on the sides when I am on the back trying to pop the spine, but for what it does and how portable it is, it’s worth getting.Dense foam, super durable makes a good foot rest, or hernia pressure support.I’m glad I got it. I would say make sure the size is what you want prior it is a tad short for my back to be effective, but good to raise the foot or under arm for shoulder.Handy in a pinch.

Lightweight and fills a need
This foam roller is super lightweight and you could easily take it with you wherever you go. It’s probably not going to be my own travel go-to, as things like Rad Roller double balls are more compact and useful, especially during the traveling (on an airplane seat or car seat for example, this would be too large to use in those tight spaces). But for stuffing in the gym bag it’s perfect. It’s also a nice size that you probably don’t have laying around already. I just got spoiled with the pricey silicone MFR tools but love to have options and this is a decent different option. Great price.
