Sturdy part of my home gym
I’ve used rubber bands for strength training and physical therapy for 2 decades. Inevitably, rubber bands will break and hopefully not snap into your face. These are quite sturdy and offer a lot of resistance. I’ve attached them to the wall for daily use. Very high quality and less likely to snap in your face. C’mon, it’s happened at least once to all of us! This is a better alternative that is safer. My physical therapist recommended these to me and they’re worth the money.

Connectors on the ends of bands are plastic sometimes and …
Old connectors are plastic and new ones are metal … sellers should specify

Good quality!
Quick shipping. Resistance is a bit light for me. Love the length and quality.

Proven winner
I’ve had to go to Physical therapy on and off for the last few years and they have a work station with these Therabands. My PT says they last a long time.I screwed a couple of strategically placed eye bolts into wall (wood on outside and stud inside wall). I love my daily workouts now.

works great
Thank you for offering these resistance tubes with clasps on each end. As a pilates instructor, I use these tubes for clients with shoulder issues as they progress in strength, as the pilates machine springs are too heavy for some clients. Thanks for offering the different length options of tubes. The personal trainer tubes that are sold by other sellers are way too long, and not sold in pairs – so appreciate yours very much!
