Pretty good
I was worried about these. I thought they would easily snap because of all the other reviews. But the material is thick. I got the gold one, so maybe each color has a different thickness and can withstand different pressures. Overall good.

Great item
I have many thera band products and usually cut them to a size I need. This band I don’t have to cut it as it has several sections. This allows me to use it for different exercises.

Be careful with this product
Purchased the gold band on August 31and broke it in December 17. That’s three and a half months for a product that is not only pricey but touted by mfg as strong enough for heavy workouts. No comparison to free weights.

Not Latex but I am allergic to this band
I purchased this band and was using it after a surgery for rehab. I bought this brand, as they said the bands did not have latex in them. I am allergic to Latex. I used it for about 6 weeks. My hands, legs, sides and stomach itched incessantly, and I could not figure out what I was allergic to. Then I had to stop working out because my doctor had to make an incision in my leg and told me to wait until it healed to continue my rehab. During that time, the itching subsided. Still I was clueless about what happened prior to that. I didn’t make a connection until the incision healed and I got the green light to go back to the rehab exercises today. I looped the band on my foot and started working out my legs while holding the band in both hands. Afterwards I ate lunch and while eating I touched my face with my hands. I had sox on so the band did not touch my feet. And right now, both my hands are on fire and my face is itching. Usually, before my feet itched too, but today since I wore sox they are fine. It became evident and clear to me that whatever these bands are made of (if not Latex), I am equally allergic to.

Great for travel
I have this band in my luggage for workouts when I’m traveling. It’s a great design and seems to be very well constructed. I’ll buy more as gifts for my friends into fitness and strength training.

You can do it in your living room or in a hotel room , simple and easy, need a harder workout, go down a loop, need a lighter workout , just go up a loop, great innovation

Kinesiotherapy @Hines VAMC gave me regular therabands. I had to pay for this out of pocket and it is absolutely worth it.

Was effective until it started to snap
I liked this product a lot until it snapped. The loops were very beneficial as you could use it for a variety of exercises. It snapped after a few months of using it. However, I did put it in tension quite a lot as I was working out. The fact that it’s double sided is good because when it ripped, it only ripped on one side, so it’s still usable, but provides half of the resistance obviously.

Did some banded walks (monster walks) and it broke after a month. The resistance was good, but overall, this product is quite fragile.
