Worth the price
Nice! Comes with a hand pump that works well. I accidentally bought the small size and it won’t work for some of the stretches unless your a small child 🤣again, this was my fault for not reading the details. I am actually keeping this one AND ordering a larger one because this one will be great for Pilates and the larger with yoga

This was my husband’s favorite Christmas present this year. He has really bad back problems and he has used this everyday since Christmas and it seems to give him some relief. He also uses it when watching tv and playing his video games.

I had back surgery and I went to physical therapy. They told me that rolling backward over the ball (like the girl in the photo), would keep my back more limber and flexible. They recommended that I do this exercise every day. I bought this yoga ball to do this specific exercise for my spine. As it turned out this worked very well. I was very pleased with the ball. It is well made and seems to be holding air nicely. I haven’t had to refill it for a long time and I expect I will continue to use it as directed for the foreseeable future.

I can say that it’s made of good material, it’s the right size, and it has a beautiful color that matches my space and it came with the pump.But, unfortunately, I received a defective one that wouldn’t stay inflated.I didn’t take the starts ’cause every company, there’s always a chance of getting a defective product. I returned it without any problems and they offered to send me another one.

Good product. You’ll have to inflate three or more times, over a few days, to reach the full size. The included pump works, but you will want to use an automotive-style pump it inflate it.
