Great walking sneaker
These are hands down the highest quality running shoes I’ve ever owned. The cushioning is incredibly well-placed—soft and supportive in all the right areas—while still allowing for a natural gait, stride, and foot strike. Despite the extra cushion, they feel engineered for performance, not just comfort. They have a springy feel that noticeably supports my knees during runs.I went with the 9.5 after trying both 9 and 9.5, just to give my toes that extra space in the toebox—and I’m glad I did. The fit is like a sock; I barely need to tighten the laces. In fact, the lacing system is so precise that overtightening can make my foot feel tingly or fall asleep, something I had to adjust to after being used to less technical shoes. These lock your foot in place without the need for cranking down on the laces.The breathability is excellent, and the design strikes that perfect balance—stylish, subtle, and uniquely eye-catching. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, performance, and a standout look.

Perfect shoes for speed workouts — light, responsive, and comfortable
I’ve used several Saucony models, but the Kinvara 14 has become my favorite for speed training. The neutral sole gives me a natural stride, and I feel more connected to the ground — ideal for tempo runs and track sessions.The upper mesh is incredibly soft and breathable, making them super comfortable even on longer runs. They’re light, responsive, and feel fast without compromising stability.I’ve used them for months now and they’ve kept their shape perfectly. Excellent value for performance.

My new favorite shoe
So happy with this purchase due to how super comfortable and light these shoes are. Easily wore right out of the box without worry of blisters or rubbing. The fit is amazing no slippage on the heel and the tongue doesn’t move around. Love the color waves along with the simple design. Will definitely be buying more of these shoes as I have gotten several compliments and inquires about the shoes. These shows are good for everything but I mainly use them for working out and running. Great support through out the whole shoe.

Good except…
I use these shoes at the gym. The sole is comfortable but the eyelet closest to my big toe digs into my foot on both sides. I’ve tried loosening the laces, but unless I want to have the shoe falling off my foot I don’t seem to be able to get it loose enough to not dig in. I do get used to it as I run, so I don’t really notice it after a while, but I have a red divot in the top of both of my feet when I take them off. I like the material and am optimistic it will hold up, and I feel like I have good support for my arches and heels when I run. I also like the snazzy color!

Wide options please
Have had them for several months and they feel very tight still and hurt my feet. I wish these came in wide like other Saucony styles.

Good lightweight shoe for short daily runs
Love how lightweight it is compared to other shoes. It’s also a lower heel drop and feels closer to the ground. Fantastic for short runs (<6 miles / 10k). I will say after a year and a half of running (~300 miles) the toe box started to wear off and now there's a hole by my big toe. I think this is just normal wear and tear though, my Saucony Triumph 21s also have the same hole after about a year and similar mileage. Super good value for money.

Updates for this version are good.
I have been wearing Kinvaras for many generations of this shoe. The weak point has been the fabric at my big toes. That would wear out first creating a hole, both shoes evenly. The 14s did not do it. I was so excited. I was able to wear the last pair for several months without holes.These are my go-to because they are so light weight. They have a lot of spring and not much drop. They fit my narrow feet well. I was once told that Saucony uses a different shoe bed for men’s and women’s shoes. I assume that’s still the case because these feel like comfy, cloud-like sock shoes. Just makes me want to go for a run.

Están lindos. No los he probado aún pero me gustaron. Tengo que empezar a correr c ellos. Siempre he usado saucony y me hacen feliz. Horma y tamaño bien. Solo no he corrido con ellos aún.

Elles sont idéales pour des courses rapides jusqu’au semi voire marathon sans souffrir à l’impact 😊 les essayer c’est les adopter ! Un drop 4 idéal pour une foulée plus naturelle sans se traumatiser ! Définitivement fan du modèle et de la marque !
