    Mind blown🤯
Picture 1: Saucony Endorphin Speed IIPicture 2 : First run with Speed IIPicture 3: Previous two mile prior to shoes, roughly 2 weeks ago.First pair of plated running shoes I’ve ever used and I LOVE them. Did my research prior to purchase and decided to buy them.Initial Reaction: comfy and snug. When I first ran with them, I planned on running three miles. One for warm up and two for time. Let me tell you, when I started jogging, these shoes made me run. Instead of running the three miles, I ran the two for time. My first mile was my fastest ever and the second mile… Almost 40 seconds faster. Granted, there was an old man that saw me and gave me words of encouragement, but nevertheless, these shoes are a game changer.Cons: As other reviewers stated, feels a bit unstable, was hesitant when making sharpish turns at repetitively fast speed.Pros: Fast AF, makes you run, comfy and snug fit, cheap. Bought these, which were the cheapest color, for $80.Final Thought: Pros definitely outweigh the cons. Get your bang for your buck. Also has different color schemes for a little more cost. Would 100% purchase again.

    Excellent
I was in the market for a fast pair of running shoes to replace my NB rebel V2 which I wasn’t completely sold on. After researching this category among the online sources available I decided to give these a go. I previously used saucony before so no stranger to the brand known for making good quality running shoes. Upon receiving them first off I was impressed with the overall quality. The fit was spot on and hugged my foot in all the right places. Enough room at the toes for when you push off, and the heel counter was a perfect fit. The new combination of foam that they use in sole produced a cushioned ride with plenty energy return. There was more pop in the legs when running. I imagine that the nylon plate has something to do with this. Also the rocker shape of the sole makes for a fast transition from heel to toe, much faster than my rebel V2. Although they are no racing flats they are light and they will probably become my racing shoe for my 5k runs. At this stage of my life I am no longer trying for PB. So a combination of cushioning and speed works for me. I admit I just received them so just a few miles on them . I will update review once I add miles. One last thing. Price wise they are up there but not comparable to carbon plate shoes which are very fast and VERY expensive. These are a notch down but that’s ok, they still put a smile on my face. And yes the color makes them faster.

    Superb Shoe. Stock up!
I just bought my second pair of Speed2. Exceptional shoe that can do everything from training runs, tempo runs, track workouts, racing, etc. These are the shoes I grab before the dozen or so other running shoes I have. My non-plated shoes feel dead compared to these. They are super durable as well. I’ve been running in my first pair for nearly 6+ months now and they still feel great which is insane. Rubber finally wore through a bit in the heal but I must have put 700+ miles on these things. Far more than I’ve gotten out of any other shoe. Fit is spot on with great comfort.

    Follow up review: Great shoe!
It’s now been a couple months since my review and I have been puzzled by a number of negative experiences others have had: I now own 4 pair of Endorphin Speed2’s all bought on sale b/t $70 and $85. All are men size 13 and I am 6’1”, 210 lbs, 79 years vintage running 30-40 miles per week. Two pair I wore only for around 20 Miles’s to check them out(excellent) and put the away. Two pair now have over 100 miles each. All are comfortable, very well cushioned and fast great energy return, stable and problem free. None show any sign of wear let alone blow out, separation or split as others report. I run 8, 10, or 12 miles on alternating days with “long runs” up to 16 miles. After decades of running from the 1960’s til now, I have never had better shoes. My Speed2’s were shipped by 3 different “sources” by Amazon. Maybe others have got their shoes that were made in different Chinese plants with wildly varying quality control: I don’t know. Just thought to pass along my experience.

    Great shoes
My son runs cross country and mid/long distance track for his high school team. He has used these shoes for several years. He runs about 60-65 miles a week during the season so he is able to get about 300-400 miles on the shoes before they break down and need to be replaced. They have a nylon plate in the shoe which should help decrease strain on the lower legs to improve recovery. This is supposed to help improve your training tolerance. There is no magic pill though so you have to be a good athlete, have good coaching, nutrition, etc. They are not the current “super shoes” that Nike and a few other brands that have a carbon plate. Saucony does have a carbon plated shoe, but it costs a lot more. It’s a good shoe and reliable company. I would definitely recommend this shoe for high level runners due to the cost.

Very light and comfortable running shoes for daily running. recommended.
Normally I wear US size 9.5-10, for Endorphin speed 2 (and Pro2) I ordered size 10.5 which fits perfectly for me.I like Endorphin shoes the most because it is very light and comfortable and responsive with good support, They are pushing runner forward while running and I run 40+ miles every week and most time now I am running with Saucony Endorphin shoes!it is the best running shoe I ever wore and I like it so much that I bought 3 more pairs of different color endorphin speed 2 ( Also along with 2 pairs of carbon-plated endorphin pro 2 for faster racing) .I will try Endorphin speed 3 / pro 3 for sure when there is a good price.

I’d of loved to run in these but my gate analysis proved my slightly bad foot was very unstable in these. Sad but I had to return them. Good for some but sadly not me.

Did a bit of research on various running shoes and these seemed to fit the bill for me. First run was a 5k. Very comfortable. Ran average pace 4:56 minutes per k which is really good for me. I’m happy with them..

For the discounted price I got from Amazon, this is an awesome shoe for 5km race to marathon distance. True to size and very good for tempo runs also.
