I worked for Victoria’s Secret for 7 years, have been avidly working out for 14 years, and I’ve been a personal trainer for the last 2 years. I have tried dozens of sports bras, and I LOVE Running Girl sports bras. I wear a 32DD and I got a Medium. I have a lot of common complaints for sports bras: not enough coverage, too big around the band, the straps are too long or the material just isn’t thick enough and they stretch out, and I hate when cups come out or get folded up inside. I didn’t want one that had a hook in the back because it’s not comfortable when laying down on a bench or on a yoga mat. I also just find hooks to be aesthetically unappealing. Same goes for adjustable straps on a sports bra. With these sports bras, I have ZERO complaints. The material is thick and high quality, but it doesn’t feel bulky. It has a smooth, silky feel. The band doesn’t roll up. It’s SUPER supportive and functional. I’ve gone running, done jumping jacks, etc… no bouncing and no uni-boob. Bless the person who invented moulded cups. I personally prefer sports bras with straight straps because racerback sports bras sit too close to my neck, put tension my traps and inevitably give me a headache. These check all my boxes. I went back and bought 5 more. 10/10 recommend. If you get a recommended size from Amazon, listen to them.

Great support & feel, band not too tight
I’m 34DDD/E (bra sizes make no damn sense these days)I bought size LPROS:Coverage, support, comfort, material quality, band tightness without becoming painful (I slept in bra last night and didn’t wanna rip my skin off when I awoke), sturdiness, useful for heavy activity. I work on a boat and bought multiple running girl brand bras to work in. Best brand I’ve found so far for an active top that can be worn alone as swim top or as FUNCTIONAL and stylish undergarment. I like the higher neckline so I’m not spilling out the top, however…CONS:(Minimal)The separate paneling on sides of cups and around the added neckline are not very flattering @ the seams/where panels meet. The included cups may or may not work for your chest- especially if one side of your chest is larger or not quite symmetrical to the other.Can cause larger or lower side of chest to be squeezed into under arm area or toward middle of chest, not fitting in the cup/not ideal look.BUT: I do want to say that I have this issue with most my sports tops, and it was the least noticeable and most manageable in these running girl brand tops, again even with heavy activity of pulling anchors and much bending over/leaning on surfaces as I worked.These are the most versatile, supportive, and comfortable brand of tops I have ever purchased, in the perfect price range.I purchased 3 diff styles and will be getting more because all 3 of these worked so well for me.

Not a razorback!
Perfect sports bra! Fit is great and great support. I personally love that it is not a razorback, as razorback bras put pressure on my upper traps! And the sewn in cups stay put! 10 out of 10, I’m ordering more colors

Got a small and it fit fine. For reference I am 5’2” and 110lbs. Cups are sewn in which is a huge plus and a big deal, easy to put on and very comfy. I bought two. Washes well and the design is nice too. Was iffy about purchasing clothing items from Amazon so I’m glad I gave this one a try. Recommend!

Very comfortable but not supportive. Too large.
Too large. I wear about a 34DD and ordered a large (since most reviews stated that the bra runs small). While it was very comfortable it was clearly too large. When I bent over half of my breasts popped out. Great for around the house but not for running or other bouncy exercises. I will try a smaller size. Returned the smaller one as well.

Out of many sports bras I have tried Running Girl makes the Best!
I like these thick high impact bras that support the girls as well as my back. I wish that Running Girl would put the cushion bra pads in their other bras that are in this bra. I have 5 pairs of a different type that say they are push up but they are not. But they do help me with my back. This bra has wonderful support in the front but I wish the “H” in the back was higher up or was “ladder like” further up the back!. That said I find this bra and the other bras I have purchased from Running Girl to be the best sports bras out there. Don’t be fooled by bras that look like Running Girl Bras. I took a chance on another bra that looked like the Running Girl bras but the quality of the other bra was horrible. They were not sewn as well and the material had too much stretch! I have even recommended Running Girl bras to my niece for after pregnancy support!

Bests sports bra EVER
I love these sports bras. My favorite part is that with the molded cups I do not have to worry about losing my bra pads. They look good, provide perfect support, they do not roll up under my breast and they are comfortable all day long.
