Just the thing for Grandma’s fly away hair.
The first thing I noticed was now soft the fabric felt and they are lightweight. There was no chemical smell when I opened the plastic pouch. I bought these wide headbands because I’m old and my hair is breaking from me tying my hair up in a “turd bun” as my sister calls it. I just want my hair out of my face. Then these broken hairs around the edge of my hair line stick out like “electrified chicken fur” another pithy saying of my sister. I have sweat bands I used for sweaty chores but look too “80s” to wear out and about. They didn’t work for what I need. These wide headbands are just the thing I needed. Plus, the various colors and designs are great to match with my scarves.

Cute and comfortable with headband wigs
I wear these headbands over headband wigs. They cover the black band well and don’t slip around. I like that they aren’t too bulky but you can bunch them up slightly or wear them smooth and stretched out. Quality of the construction is good. Very soft material similar to the extra soft buttery legging material.

Trial and error with finding the “perfect” hairband. These are GOOD quality and fit. I’ve washed these countless times and they’re in the same shape. But what is uncomfortable about these hairband’s is that they slip off throughout the day so then it creates this weird gap/lift on my head that i look like a peanut m&m.this is a miss for me. but again nothing wrong with the quality of it.

I’m not a fan of synthetics, but in this case, they seem to do the trick. I’m a guy with short hair, so the “hair band” functionality is lost on me. However, when I work out, I sweat like a pig. I normally use terry cloth head bands, but while they soak up sweat very well, they don’t release it as easily, even in a good wind.These ones are wider at the front, thinner at the back, with good stretch. Though they are thin material, they do wick sweat away from the skin well, and as long as I have a fan going, the moisture evaporates fairly quickly.(I did try the terry cloth band under this one, but it tended to just accumulate the sweat, so I’ll be using these new ones by themselves. I’m tossing most of the terry cloth bands anyway, since they have lost their stretch. I’m ordering a couple more sets of these ones right away.)
