When I first bought these, I overheard how band training could speed up muscle growth and saw someone else using these bands so I said why not and bought these. Out the box I loved them and used them I got more into heavy lifting and forgot about them.8 months down the line, I used them for improvement on more movement I couldnt do full body weight on. I weighed 230 then, now I weigh 195 and carry these bands everywhere.MY HONEST REVIEW: the lemon is 110% worth the squeeze. I bought these in 2022 and we are in September of 2023. These all but my red band (which I use full weight and more on) IS NOW CRACKING, its not from product research or age but from use. Products are not going to last forever, especially on those products that are under 100-200% load nearly 5x weak thats impossible. Buy these if you want a durable band.After 2 years of use, I highly recommend.

Honestly the price point for these are real nice. You can get a lot done with bands, and these are no exception. The rubber on these doesn’t feel cheap or smell of strong chemicals, doesn’t feel like it’ll break even under high tension, no sign of stretch deformation, from the highest resistance (red) to the lowest (yellow). Resistance feels consistent and not shaky even on the lower end ones, I don’t feel like it’ll lose grip and snap back at me, and the included door stop anchor is brilliant and simple. My elderly mom uses them to restore mobility as she’s lost a lot of muscle strength, and they give her a great, safe stretch. If you need bands, get a pack of these and move on!
