I ordered these Professional 5 Pcs Long Resistance Bands and 5 Pcs Loop Bands because they are just like the bands my physical therapist had me use after an injury. I like the fact that they are latex-free, AND this set includes work out loop bands which are great for building strength in the hips and thighs. The length of the stretch bands is long enough for even taller women or men. I really appreciate the bands and loops come in different resistances, so as you get stronger, you can increase the resistance. They are very easy to use and serve the purpose of increasing strength through resistance. I highly recommend this set.

Love the different resistance bands. Both a circle band and straight bands included in different resistance weights. Wish both were the same color so it would be easier to tell which was which level.

I bought for my husband, and now I am using also. I love the colors, and you carry them any where you want. They give you a good grip! The thickness is perfect, and the functionality excellent.very easy to stretch, and they come with a carry bag!!!I highly recommend them!!!
