Really happy with these!
I picked up these Paeta 5 Lb handweights for myself and my hubby. We needed some new ones. I recently discovered one of our 5 lb weights is missing. There has got to be a gnome somewhere in my house….socks, random things, and now a whole 5 lb handweight? I mean, seriously? Because of that, when I saw these I decided to try them. They are a great neutral color. Not quite white, not quite cream. I’d say a VERY light creamy khaki color. So they go well with any decor regardless of the color scheme or whatever. My husband has had 3 spinal fusion surgeries and hes extremely limited in what he can do to exercise and stay active. He is able to walk on the treadmill and do handweights. (I’m secretly happy the gnome got the other 5 lb weight bc we needed new ones anyway.) These are also a weight that I can easily handle on the treadmill too. The grip on them is really nice. It doesn’t hurt my hands at all, some do. I have girly dainty skin I guess. But its easy for something like this to cause blisters on my hands. These so far have not done that and we have been using these for a solid 2 weeks. No blisters for me! I would have gotten them already if I was going to. I dont mind the price for such a great company. Besides, I think the price is a decent value for the quality. So far they have been very durable. Neither of us are hard on things. We dont just drop them on the floor, we set them down, so I dont expect them to be, nor to get, banged up. None of the grip has worn off in any spot, and they get used at least once a day, sometimes 2. I dont always do the treadmill everyday, but my husband does. So they get used once every single day at the very least. To me they dont even look used at all. Thats a great thing to me. If you want to keep them clean, I would suggest washing your hands really good before using them. That will help them to stay looking new! We have also only been using these for about 2 weeks though, so I dont expect them to look very used after only 2 weeks of simply walking on the treadmill 1-2 times a day.I have no cons for you. These are great handweights, the grip is nice and has a nice feel, and so far its very durable. This is a great brand! I absolutely will be slowly replacing all of our handweights with its equal from Paeta. We are super happy with these 5 lb handweights and I think you will be too!

Very nice and excellent value
I got these light dumbbells so my 9 year old daughter can work out with me. The dumbbells are covered in a nice feeling exterior that is apparently called neoprene. To me, it feels like a high-quality plastic. The weights are a nice color and match our carpet. I found the grip to be comfortable and the dumbbells were easy to use. Overall, they are a great value for the money.

Super Cool Stylish 5lb Weights

OK Dumbbells, Terrible Stand
The dumbbells in this set are OK, but the stand is complete garbage. I purchased this set during the Black Friday sale, so retail was $79.99. It is worth noting that even at full price, $99.99, this set is still a much better deal than purchasing the 3 lb, 5 lb, and 8 lb weights individually. That being said, I would suggest not having any expectations for the quality of the stand. It is factory-packaged in such a way that I cannot believe anyone receives it without damage — on the bottom of the box UNDER all of the dumbbells. Due to this, the stand I received was crushed/cracked. The stand consists of two very thin plastic panels that are to be connected with plastic dowels and screws. The dumbbells themselves are OK — they will serve their purpose but do not impress. The light color seems like it will get dirty very quickly and also means the seams and lumps in the coating are very prominent. It would have been more thoughtful to ensure the seams were on the underside of the dumbbell (in relation to how the size and logo are printed on the ends), but unfortunately the orientation is inconsistent. The seam is on the underside on both 3 lb weights, the top side on both 5 lb weights, and one of each on the 8 lb weights. I realize all of my complaints are cosmetic and the set is still functional, but for the price, quality should definitely be better than what it is.

Easy to Hold
I must say that I love this line but I also love this brand. This hand weight is very easy to hold and hard to drop. I like the size of it and like how smooth it feels in the hands. It’s very durable and has not peeled since I got it. It is really good quality and that’s very obvious when you hold it in your hands. The color is something different that I’m not sued to but it works.
