Arch support. Heel cups. Metatarsal support. Great temperature regulation.
Supportive under my arches, heels, and metatarsal. I’ve been needing heel cups to prevent plantar fascitis pain, and I have high arches, so a lot of mules end up way too tight on top. These have enough give on the top that I feel they would fit any foot. They have enough support on the bottom that I think they would support just about any foot problems.The toe box is plenty wide, too.I have been traveling a lot from the warm valley to the very cold higher altitudes via car. I really wanted something that wouldn’t be too hot for the valley part of the drive but would also keep my feet warm when I arrive up north. This type of material and insulation is perfect because it helps self-regulate temperature. I can also kick them off and slip them on easily when I’m in the passenger seat.These stay on my feet well enough that I can walk a lot in them.Temperature: I took them to Vegas (mid temps) and walked about 12k steps per day in them. I walked around a small mountain town in them every day for a week (cold temps). I can wear them around in the daytime in the valley (warm temps). I would not recommend when it warms up tho. I think 70-70 degrees (F) is about the hottest I would feel comfortable in these, but I can wear these all the way down to about 10-15 degrees for short periods of time and down to the 20s for longer periods of time.

Ordered a size 11 when usually wear a 10 and shoe length felt like a size 9…
Poor fit! Ordered a size 11 while I usually wear a 10 and shoe is still too short. Otherwise, arch support and comfort good, loved the thermo material along with width, foot pad, and design/fit of the top and heel cup. Pricey! Can’t speak to durability!

Runs short. Should order half size up if your 2nd toe is longer than your big toe.
