Quality rollers
My teenagers are making good use of these foam rollers. It is awesome that the set comes with so many different rollers! My son is using the smaller roller and the ball to help with his planter fasciitis and my daughter is using the larger roller to help with her upper back. They both feel the rollers are the perfect firmness and report they are easy to use. They are happy to be experiencing pain relief and I’m happy to have only had to purchase one kit.

My husband loves these rollers. I purchased at the recommendation of my chiro but they are too hard for me. He though can handle more pressure and likes the harder rollers. Easy to use. Bright orange color. Effective for what we use it for.

Great relief from Tension!
I enjoy using the roller that i can roll on my thighs and lower extremities. However, the bigger one that you use on the floor exercises, I’m not able to use due to my scoliosis. I shifted mine in terrible fall i inquire so that limits me. However, my granddaughters use it and it helps them with their sore backs. The exercise bands I haven’t got to try just yet. But, I’m eager too soon. The hard ball i use on my feet to relax them while being on them all day. I would recommend it’s a great product. My massage therapist referred me to get it. So glad I did.

Worked well for a few months then the foam roller came completely apart. Even putting it back together it does not hold full weight. Would not recommend

Solid, sturdy, gets deep
Those is a sturdy roller. The nobbies dig deep, too deep if you’re not careful. But, it’ll get as deep as needed. It has solid, high quality build. Definitely recommend!
