Love these
These are great. 3 sizes, nice colors, durable, & much better than the banded ones. These stay put. Gives you a great workout for legs with squats, hip thrusts, & stretches! Easy to use.

Very useful exercise bands and NO LATEX – yay!
I have a latex allergy which causes itching and swelling, so I can’t use any old exercise band. I’ve found others that don’t contain latex, but they don’t hold up very well. They seem to break easier. I saw someone in a YouTube or Instagram video using fabric bands, and went looking for them.These are very sturdy, provide a good workout, and I love that there are short ones for legs, and long ones for arms. I don’t have to worry about latex, and they’re easily carried for traveling to keep up with workouts. All around a good deal and great for exercising!

These are my first real bands to buy for working out at home. I was surprised by the quality! The bands are sturdy but soft elastic fabric, with silicone on the inside to help keep them in place. I love that you have three band strengths to choose from and long, narrower bands too for upper body. There are instructions with leg and arm exercises as well as a bag for storage. I really enjoy using them and these would be great for any fitness level. I highly recommend this handy set!

They work as intended. I was being cocky and thought I wouldn’t use the light bands at all. Let me tell you, I was so wrong. There are certain exercises I can only use the light ones with so they definitely have a good amount of resistance. There is also a noticeable shift in intensity going up each level, so this is a great option to progressively up the difficulty of your workouts. The material on the inside is non slip so that’s great, also males it easier to grip for working upper body. The long ones are long enough to go over a door. Not much else to say about them, a very simple tool to get a full body workout.
