Thin material
Not the best quality but got the PT work I needed to do with them.Had them on my pool table cover and notice they caused puckering of the cover. Not sure what they could be leaching to do that but not putting them on there between use.Worked for what I needed but if you were doing serious exercises I would recommend a better made ball. I would not sit on these.

Overall the price is great for what you’re getting. But I wish the sizes between the 3 balls were little wider so that I had options. Also the material isn’t all that I feel like it could have been thicker maybe? But it gets the job done for the fraction of the price for 1 ball!
