Perfect for working out
This yoga mat is a great size. I’m not very big (5′ 1″), but regular yoga mats are too small. I need to adjust often to ensure I don’t fall of an edge. I don’t have that problem with this mat. Also, it is very thick which works well on hard floors. It has good grip where I’m not slipping and its not moving around the ground.

Best ever workout mat
This is THE BEST exercise mat!! My 40+ year old knees can easily do kneeling positions without pain. I can do fission twists without my tail bone aching. It is extra large so I can move all directions and still be on the mat. If you are past 30 and working out you need this!!

AMAZING!!!
This thing is absolutely phenomenal. The moment I unboxed it, it rolled out perfectly, I immediately loved the thickness, versus the softness. I was actually afraid that it would be too soft like a lot of yoga mats, but it’s not it’s quite firm, but it’s not hard or uncomfortable. It feels amazing! This is the mat of my dreams, I have been wanting for 25 years, and it just occurred to me. Hey, I bet there’s something on Amazon that would suffice. I am so glad I got it for myself for my birthday. I’m 45, and I really needed something to help me get in better shape, and this is really a nice mat. My feet and heels clean to it perfectly. I just feel like I can do anything on it! My child had an entire section for his playtime as you can see in the picture above, and I still had plenty of stretching space! This is a dream, and I’m so happy. It’s a little bit thicker than regular yoga mats because it won’t puncture as well as the mats will do. I put a toy crate on it for 20 minutes and I didn’t see any markings from it. I feel there would have been markings if I left it for a couple of hours, But it seems like They would fade by the texture and quality. I don’t feel like testing it, but I just think it’s absolutely phenomenal. GET IT!!!

Perfect Thickness for Joints
Perfect size to spread your wings. The thickness and size is perfect if you are tall, large in size, or heavy in weight. It doesn’t hurt my knees, wrists, hips, ankles, elbows, spine/tailbone, or scapula (back shoulder wings). I have plenty of room to do floor exercises, stretching, and moving workouts on this mat. Sometimes my toes dig into the mat when balancing, but it doesn’t leave an indentation. However, if your dog has the zoomies on it, it will leave scratches. (I aired out my mat right out of the box, and of course, my dog had to run across it, haha). However, if your dog just walks across it, it won’t scratch it up. Price-wise, I was weary, but it’s well worth the money. Don’t waste your money on a small yoga mat with no support.P.S. I’ve had this product for one month thus far and it’s held up very well.

Excellent exercise mat
Excellent exercise mat. About twice as wide as a standard yoga mat and much thicker. Definitely easier on the body for movements/exercises when kneeling. The additional width gives you room for side-to-side movements without ending up on a hard floor.Has held up well for Mark Lauren routines, when I can’t exercise outside. Gave it four stars due to the initial smell/off-gassing. Left it on the covered porch for a few days, before I felt the smell was reasonable enough to bring it inside.It hides perfectly under our couch, folded in half, length-wise. This makes for quick and easy access with no raised/rolled ends.

I love this item. I use it all the time for yoga or just to lie on or sit on. They’re just the right amount of cushion, too. I love that it’s big and wide. Totally worth the money if you’re looking for an oversized yoga mat.

On my second workout I was doing burpees and I already see rips and tears in the mat after 2 uses.I have other smaller mats and they can handle this but this mat can not.Also I wish this was a bit longer, width is great but the length should be about a foot longer to reflect the width.
