A Must for Runners
First time Garmin owner. I have no affiliation or relationship to either Garmin or Apple. If you primarily use your watch for running, Garmin is a must. The number or features and metrics are amazing. I really enjoy the body battery and sleep tracking to go along with all of the running stats. Overall I’m very happy with the purchase and could recommend the watch. The other perspectives to be aware of. Apple is still king when it comes to UI and software. It does have a bit of a Mac vs Windows or Apple vs. Android type feeling when using it. Getting started wasn’t as intuitive but still fairly easy. Apple has some nice safety features for hearing and health kit. Great Smart watch. Again though for running and fitness, Garmin is a perfect match because of its targeted features and watch battery life.I’m loving Garmin coach, it makes it easy to train without putting in a ton of work to know exactly what you should be running each day. I did need to change the Event type for my benchmark run to training to get it to start working though. Without figuring this out I ran 3 benchmarks in a row haha.the other issue I’ve seen is it appears all the music apps for Garmin are not great – you’ll most likely want to load your own music if you want that. I’m sure they’ll fix it over time thoughTLDR: if you are trying to get better at running, just buy it! Totally worth it.

Upgraded from Garmin Forerunner 245Music to the 570!
Upgraded from my Garmin Forerunner 245 Music and am loving it. Got the 47mm with purple bezel, which is snazzy—and a nice change from the typical all black. Yes it’s more expensive but I like the better sleep monitoring, the evening and morning reports, and the better synchronization with my Garmin Edge 840 to keep both devices (running and cycling) tracking training load and readiness.

Great Watch Which is Precise and not part of an apple racket!
I love my new watch! I had an Apple watch for a long time, and wanted something that allowed me to use it with sports – but this time, with accuracy!! I’m getting much better results already. I also LOVE that it only requires charging every 9 or 10 days! So much better than having to charge every…single…night like I did with the Apple Watch!Okay, one more thing… I was told when considering upgrading my iPhone that if I wanted it to synch with my Apple Watch, I’d have to get a new one! That was extremely annoying and I decided at that moment, that I wanted a watch that would not be part of an Apple racket!

Solid mid-grade sports watch
Overall excellent quality and definitely not too heavy! Fits my 6.5” wrist really well. Battery life is great and I especially appreciate the multi-band GPS, especially when running in dense downtowns or forests. It is a bit pricey, but overall the 5th gen HR sensor works like a charm and definitely feels good on the wrist. Only wish that either navigation or ECG came with the watch for the price. If sizing is a concern, I recommend people look at the 42mm variant if your wrist size is less than 6.25” overall.

Excellent watch – gives steps, sleep, heartrate and more
I bought this for my husband and he loves it! It fits his wrist well and looks really good on him. He found a great watch face and loves how long the battery lasts, which is even longer than my Garmin watch, which lasts 9 days. The only downside was that the charging cord did not work so he had to use mine to charge his battery. Amazon, however, was really helpful and have me a partial refund credit and even researched which cord I could purchase to replace it since we didn’t want to send the watch back. The refund credit more than covered the replacement cord, which should be delivered today. As for the watch itself, it’s truly worth buying!

A great upgrade and well worth the price (and the wait)
I’ve used the watch for a week already including two long runs, intervals and so on. This (570) substitutes a garmin 245 whose battery life was waning. However, the 570 has surpassed all my expectations: for instance, it connects much faster to the GPS and is significantly more accurate with distance, heart rate and pace. I did a few runs with both watches and the 570 was a clear winner throughout. The altitude mapping is also awesome and is a feature that the 245 lacked. I really like that visibility is never an issue even with bright noon daylight. I haven’t used the music or voice command settings, but so far this is my best garmin ever and well worth the price.

Great watch
The 570 provides me with all the features I need for basic fitness as well as training for my runs. I only wish it had the flashlight as an option. It’s easy to connect my headphones. Sleep tracking is accurate. The battery life is sufficient for all my needs.

Really liking it so far!
Shipping was fast, and I’m really liking the watch so far. It’s super light compared to Apple Watch Ultra, battery life is about 10 days long, the 42mm size is comfortable on my small wrist, and it only took like 2 minutes to set up.I also love that it comes with a bunch of features built in (sleep tracker, run coach, training readiness, etc.) without the need for a subscription. I used Apple Watch and Whoop with monthly subscriptions and I’m excited to save money moving forward without having to pay those.

Do not buy this model! Not sure if its specifically this 42mm version or colour or if its coming from some strange source but first one i ordered had a skew screen, replacement order also had a skew screen. Such bad quality control.

Every time it keeps hanging on saving the workout till the battery is drained. The watch is updated.I need to replace the watch.
