Affordable starter set
Great starter set. Much more affordable than a lot of sets. Handles are comfortable and don’t have that uneven seam you get with some heavier duty plastic items.

Kettle Bells – nice grip feel and appearance
This is a nice looking set of plastic coated kettle bells and they have a good feel in my grip and they look nice. They do seem a little bulkier than the all steel ones at my gym. The hard plastic coating appears to be a very durable type and I think they take a lot of abuse.

These are great! I like that when you’re rotating them in your hands you don’t get blisters/callouses. I use them in our home gym and I’m sore now constantly. Missionary accomplished! 😆

価格が安いタイミングで購入しました。画像はAmazonベーシックの20ポンドとの比較です。ラバーコーティングはありませんがツルツル滑るクリア塗装では無いです。筋トレ経験のある成人男ですが、最初は20ポンドぐらいから始めたほうが良いと思います。スイングは特にフォームが大切なので軽めが良いです。今回、10ポンド上げましたが5ポンドずつ上げても良かったかも。

手頃な値段だったので購入してみましたがしっかりした造りで、使用する上で特に問題ありません。男で手は比較的大きい方ですが、ハンドルは両手で小指まで握れるくらいの大きさがあるので、使用中も安定感があります。通常ケトルベルはハンドルを上にした状態で立てて置くことが多いと思いますが、このケトルベルが数字が刻んである平たい面(とその反対側)が大きいので横に倒した状態でも、安定して置くことができました。
