Good Bands, But Let Them Air Out First
These resistance bands are good quality with a variety of resistance levels and work as expected. However, they have a strong off-gas smell when first opened, so I recommend airing them out on a porch or in a well-ventilated area before use.

Good set of high to low resistence bands.
I’m in physical therapy where they use bands like these all the times in the exercises they make you do. These five bands have a good range of easy (low resistence) to hard (high resistence). They have stood up to a lot of use without breaking.

These bands were recommended by my physical therapist. They are reasonably priced and are a nice quality.

About average for lighter bands
I don’t know if there is any variation in quality among different sellers for this product. These are okay. Strong and extra strong are impossible (for me)to use but I am currently using light and medium. Holding up well after 7 days of use. Wish they didnt roll up into a pinch when around my knees, which is where I most often use the light one. Maybe the more rigid bands don’t roll as much? Will wait to see that as I get stronger and can move up to the heavier bands.
