Great Yoga Ball
This yoga ball was a great addition to my home gym. Somewhat easy to set up, comfortable, and no breaks yet. Big enough for a guy like me too. My only issue was the pump it came with took awhile to fill it up. If you have an electric or bike pump use that instead.

Thick, sturdy, and very slip-resistant
This exercise ball is excellent quality and feels very sturdy once inflated. The extra-thick material provides great support, and the embossed pattern helps prevent slipping, which makes it feel very secure during use. It holds air well and remains stable even when putting full weight on it.As a labor and delivery nurse, I can confidently say this would make a great ball for pregnancy. The anti-burst design and slip-resistant surface are especially important for expecting moms, and this ball is ideal for prenatal exercises, posture support, gentle movement, and comfort during labor preparation. It also works well for yoga, core strengthening, & balance training. The included pump makes inflation quick and easy, and the size options make it easy to find the right fit. Overall, this is a reliable, well-made Swiss ball that I would absolutely recommend for both fitness and pregnancy use.

A Quality exercise ball — great for core and balance exercises.
This is a quality ball. That much is clear out of the box. To inflate it you can use the included hand pump, however it will be less of an effort if you have an electric pump/compressor, as I did, or even a regular bike pump. The largest size, at least, takes a lot of air to fill it up! (See pict)I have owned exercise balls like this before, but this one is made of noticeably thicker material than I’m used to. It feels substantial and easily supports my weight (200+ lbs) during movement and balance work.I mainly use it for mobility and balance exercises; it also works well as an alternative chair — more of a bonus feature than the primary reason I bought it. The printed exercise illustrations on the ball aren’t strictly necessary, but can serve as a reminder of different exercises you can do.Overall, this is a good purchase and a worthwhile addition to my home gym.

Good functionality but doesn’t stay inflated long.
I received a ball that is a different brand and not FITMIND. The design is also different. This larger sized ball allows me to sit on there as a tool to reset my posture after many hours of computer work. Also great for core exercises. The material is thick and seems durable, and the ridges/texture allow for a non slip surface for ease of use and comfort. Overall a good yoga ball with good functionality. One con to point out is it doesn’t stay inflated long, there is slow air leakage due to the ill fitting plug.

Fitmind Exercise Ball
Hope you have an air compressor to fill this ball! The package does include a hand pump, but it will take you forever to fill. It can be a workout in it of itself. Once it is filled, the ball does hold air really well. I didn’t see it lose any air over a few days. It also has a valve to support less leakages. Overall, it is a worthwhile swap for other exercise balls. The blue is bright and vibrant; the size is right for many types of exercise; and the plastic/material seems quite durable. Once blown up, it should be easy to use moving forward.*One note, this was also billed for prenatal exercises; none of the included exercise options seem pregnancy safe.

Yoga ball
This exercise ball is excellent quality and very sturdy! The extra thick material feels durable and supportive which makes it great for workouts, stretching and pregnancy use. The embossed pattern helps prevent slipping and adds a nice grip during exercises. It was easy to inflate with the included pump and reached full size quickly. The ball holds its shape well and feels stable! The cyan color is bright and looks great in a home workout space. This is a reliable and versatile exercise ball and I would definitely recommend it. It been great to use while pregnant and I’m thankful to have it for upcoming labor!

has exercises imprinted on the ball
There are parameters online to show you with size to order. Based on height I got the 26 inch ball. I love the color and it hours palpable depictions of exercises to try, imprintedon the ball! how clever!!It comes with a manual pump but to be honest get an electric pump.. Prior to the electric pump I was using the same bicycle pump which is actually little bit easier because your hands to get tired with the handheld pump it comes withMy favorite exercises:pike ups, pushups on teh ball. try V ups with ball between ankles and pass to your hands every tiem you come up
