Perfect for rolling out sore muscles
I love this thing. I am an older ballet dancer and I use this daily to roll out my muscles and back. I will say it is hard so if you are looking for something squishy this is not what you want.

My daughter and I both love this. She is a competitive dancer and uses this almost everyday to roll out and loosen her muscles. I use it for that as well but also to do deep core/lower ab focused exercise. It is an amazing asset if you struggle with your lower abdomen. Using it for deep core has really helped strengthen my core.

Better than Barney
If you think of Barney and Grimace (pun intended) when you hear big and purple then you are ready for next level body relief. It is very sturdy. I am a larger woman and it definitely holds up and gets deep into the fascia and muscle. I am working on better mobility and this roller was a great choice for loosening my tight – well – everything.
