Great set!
Very durable! My toddlers are extremely involved and things generally get destroyed or lost and this (especially the ball) has been exceptionally durable! Pretty cool little starter set! Definitely a great set for learning and starting out! It has some pictures of the exercises but it’s in another language so you can’t read it…there’s a bag big enough to keep it all together even with the ball inflated! The straps that keep the ring from slipping are definitely helpful and I think necessary so you don’t hurt yourself!

Great set
I really want to give this set a 5 stars but there was a lack of explanation as to what all the workout equipment was. This is my first time trying Pilates. I love the circle device and the resistance bands. The ball was obvious as to what it was. The other equipment, I’m clueless as to how to use it. There are 2 sheets of photos of workout exercises but it only covers using the circle. Since it’s easy to find workouts on YouTube, I only marked it down one star for this. I’m still confused as to what 3 pieces are for in the kit and hopefully with time, I’ll find out. The quality of everything is great. Very durable and I’ve been able to workout a few times now. The carrying bag is a great feature. I absolutely love that I can replace lugging around my 2 sets of hand weights by using the resistance bands.

Amazing Pilates Set
Wow! I was really impressed with this pilates set. First, it comes in a cool box, which would make for a great gifting option. I unboxed it and enjoying everything it had to offer. Perhaps the best part is that it comes with a instruction chart how to use certain items, which I find very helpful. It had items to work your arms, legs, and core. It even comes with cute socks. The ball takes some effort to get situated. While it is easy to blow up, when I remove the straw, it deflated which so you have to plug it quickly. Overall, this set is the perfect introduction into pilates without being intimidating. Personally for me, this is a great way to begin the year with staying fit.

This is a FANTASTIC pilates set, and I LOVE it! The pilates ring with its fiberglass core is great! That and the bands give me wonderful workouts and toning. It includes a three-page set of suggested workouts to get you started. Everything you need for a complete workout is included. The portable characteristic of this set means it can travel with you wherever you must go. It’s a great set, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

Dang I didn’t expect this kit to kick my butt this much! Worth the price! Great addition to any home gym or anyone starting off with Pilates.My husband just had hip surgery and it’s also been a great addition to his rehab! Wished it came in more colors.
